  Wish I saw this earlier, Stacy you should remember this was a repair upon you acknowledging the original cause was from how it was constructed issues not a roofing issues in addition to a 90 day warranty that was honored. Call our office if you still our assistance. I can only moving forward and doing a file review later I prefer to be proactive and focus on results. If you still need assistance please call the office leave a message and will schedule appointment asap. You are important to us and it is unfortunate I have landed in this field position.   That was unfortunate Angelica, much like missing a free throw. Please accept my word as coupon for free repairs (up to $250.00 or one free roof maintenance inspection to enclue up to 3 tubes of roofing caulk to reseal and weaken areas in the valleys or around any flashing at no charge. I can turn back time but I can be responsible and make you an offer in hopes to make up for promptly calling you back and meeting our service level objectives. Sincerely Bryan Thigpen

  Professional, honest, easy to communicate with. On-time. Polite and respectful crew. Quality work. Did NOT leave a mess; handled all clean up well. Worked well with my insurance and my personal finances. Had a small problem after job completion, and once I reported it to them, they were here the next day and fully rectified the problem at no additional cost. Recommend highly for your needs. These are true professionals with whom it is a pleasure to do business.
