  This is one of those extremely-rare times a cold call resulted in business. I never bite. Until this year. Nate spotted my house after a bad storm - in our area there are many. I knew we were getting close to needing a roof replacement, but thought we might get another year or two out of it. Invited my insurance company to look and they agreed: replace it. Better safe than sorry. After much research, went with AVCO. They weren't the cheapest, but I was looking for quality. Nate not only turned out to be a good salesman, he is also a good project manager: his transparent approach makes him good at both. Got a class-4 roof, ridge vents, new gutters, re-roofed two sheds, a new cedar privacy fence, and a patio ceiling renovation. AVCO's work crews have been very good too. I like to take on my own projects, but work life, even during Covid, prevents doing the bigger ones. I recommend AVCO, and particularly Nate to get them done, well. They will be first on my list when considering new projects.

  Mark recently repaired some issues on my 84 yo mother’s home and he did an awesome job. Such a joy to have an honest, compassionate vendor in the area. I cannot give them enough stars for their outstanding work. GREAT job AVCO Roofing!!!!!!

  10 STARS!! Ask for Project Mgr. Dave. A former adjuster, he takes care of everything. Knows what he’s doing, and is a great guy. The crews did an excellent job, were very polite, protected my house and plants, and picked up everything. Thank you AVCO!!

  These guys are top notch! George McFarlane handled everything professionally and answered every question I had along the way. The roofers are diligent and hardworking, and they care about the customer and their property. They did such a great job on my house I had them come back a couple of months later to roof my garage apartment that was under construction at the time. I would highly recommend AVCO for any type of roofing job. This was a very smooth process.
