  My roof looks great however dealing with this company concerning the invoices and payments was a headache. I was given an invoice which included upgrades and everything by the company representative only for my husband to deal with the guy in charge and be given totally different information. Mind you the guy never seemed to have any paperwork in front of him and when I explained what were told and what we were expecting he all but told me I was lying. When it comes to budgets and figures my husband is always on top of things so when we were told that he agreed to something that made absolutely no sense it really rubbed us both the wrong way. Again the roof looks great and the guys who performed the work were professional but the business side of this process was very unprofessional and disappointing.

  I worked with Lauren. She help me out tremendously. This was my first time having to replace a roof. She held my hand as we walk through the process. She is very professional and they do good work. The roof looks amazing. I am proud to drive up and see a new roof.

  We needed a repair done on our roof. Made a call and they came out same same day for estimate. They had us fixed up the very next day! Very professional, courteous, affordable and very quick!! We are definitely happy with the work and will be using them in the future if needed. Thanks again!

  Lester and his team was awesome I was amazed at these men who kept working even when it started to drizzle. I will use them from now on with all my roofing needs...I can't believe how they cleaned up there was no sign they was ever even there!!!!

  I highly recommend Ascend Roofing. Lester was very professional and prompt in the initial stages. Marc was wonderful to work with through the full process. He was very professional, knowledgeable, always available, and helped with my insurance claim. The job was done quickly and accurately. Clean up was great!

  Best roofing company ever!!! They came out and did an inspection of our roof. They were top notch from start to finish ... from their introductory visit to their inspection to the job itself!! They worked directly with my insurance company which made things very easy for me. Ascend Roofs’ employees are kind, professional and courteous in all situations. Thinking about a new roof or need repairs? Give them a call!!

  I called to get an inspection of my damaged roof and Mr. Luna was here in no time on my roof looking around, taking pictures and marking what was damaged. He helped with all the insurance hassle and when we finally got what we needed done he had a crew here and started on the work. After the first day the crew had everything cleaned up and a tarp over what roof wasn't finished before the rain started. The second day they finished up, cleaned everything and even put the walk way lights back where they belonged. I highly recommend Ascend Roofing.

  Lester did a fantastic job of handling all of the insurance steps that I was not familiar with. On top of that, the roof looks great, and only took about a day to complete- talk about convenient!

  We had a great, positive experience! I wish all home improvement companies could be this professional, honest, and easy to work with. Lester was available by phone, text, and email any time of day and was always quick to respond. The entire process was easy and stress-free (even working with insurance). There were no hidden or surprise fees once the job was complete...which was only two days! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
