Arlington Roofing was easy to work with…. They were responsive, answered all of questions, completed the work (repair to the roof) cleaned up afterwards and the cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend them for any of your roofing jobs.

We're pleased that Matt was able to present you with comprehensive options for both repair and replacement. Given that your roof was 24 years old, we're glad we could help guide you through the decision-making process for the full replacement with the new designer architectural shingle.

Our neighbor recommended Arlington Roofing and we’re glad they did. Matt came out to give us an estimate and was extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through the condition of our roof and pointed out a few areas that needed repair. The crew fixed everything within a week and cleaned up perfectly. It’s nice working with a local company that knows what they’re doing.

Great experience with Arlington Roofing. They inspected our roof and gave an honest assessment without trying to oversell anything. When it came time for the replacement, their team worked quickly and efficiently and the quality of the work was top notch. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, but these guys definitely earned it.

Roof maintenance plans are often overlooked, but they provide consistent protection that random inspections cannot match. Instead of waiting for visible damage, these plans schedule regular checkups throughout the year to catch problems early. In areas with unpredictable weather like Northern Virginia, this proactive approach can prevent costly surprises. Maintenance plans typically include inspections, minor repairs, debris removal, and documentation of roof condition over time. This allows homeowners to track wear patterns and plan future repairs more effectively. While some may hesitate due to upfront cost, maintenance plans often save far more by preventing major structural damage. They also provide peace of mind knowing the roof is being monitored professionally. Arlington Roofing Company offers structured maintenance plans designed to keep roofs in peak condition without the stress of unexpected failures.Jun 24, 2026Call now
