I hired this company to replace my roof, and it was a huge mistake. The crew seemed untrained, and the workmanship was sloppy. They damaged parts of my property and didn’t take responsibility. The project also went way over the promised timeline. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

This is SCAM, I never done any work for this Bill Leonida, its false advertising.

Extremely expensive. Two other top roofing companies said we don't need a roof . We have at least 3 to 4 years left.

  Reply from the business

I'm sorry to hear that, but each company has their own way to inspect roofs and their own price. I have my own way and price.

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling. Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

  Reply from the business

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we don't do whole houses with flat rolled roofing. and it is a lot more companies in town for you to get upset with us.

Would not recommend. Poor service. Please contact Precision Roofing, they actually answer the phone.

My Mom had some roof issues and we called Arizona Roof Rescue and met Alan Monzon. He was friendly, honest and professional when giving us an estimate. He thoroughly explained everything in detail. He also observed other issues and pointed them out. He was thoughtful and delivered a hard copy of the estimate to my Mom as requested. He always communicated by telephone, email or text. And also punctual in his appointments. His price was reasonable and his work crew always arrived as scheduled. They were very pleasant and did an outstanding job on my Mom's roof. We were very satisfied with a job well done. I would recommend Arizona Roof Rescue to family and friends.

If you want a no B.S. estimate on a roof, roof repair, roof replacement Alan/Arizona Roof Rescue is the person to contact. Alan is a roofer, not a salesman, and Alan is a man of his word. Arizona Roof Rescue crews are experienced, on time, cleanup each day and complete the job without delay. Alan/Arizona Roof Rescue is experienced with all types of roof including, in my case, a complex 5000 sq foot real Spanish clay tile roof. Thanks Alan
