  Hello Deborah, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Both Derrick and myself sent you apology emails relating to this poor experience you had and there are no excuses for it. I can only say that I am using this as a learning and training experience for my team to ensure we are always seeking ways to improve our processes to push our abilities to the highest standards possible.   Ardent was one of the three companies I decided to get an estimate from for my roof to be reshingled. I called them first and talked to Derek, he seemed great and personable and I was excited at the potential opportunity to work with him. He told me he'd have an estimate together within the next two days. I didn't get a call at all. I proceeded to get my other two estimates, they other companies came out and checked out the house and got their quotes to me. Then I called Ardent back, asked to talk to Derek again and he assured me he'd get the estimate to me. This was about a month ago, and the roof has been reshingled by another company and I'm still waiting for Ardent to give me the quote I called twice for. Try Matt's Roofing instead, they're faster, have great communication and likely cheaper.

  Hello Christopher, I am very sorry with the lack of responsiveness you experienced with Ardent. That is not typical of our services and it will be addressed. One thing I have to ask, was there a appointment set up to present the quote, as we do not just email out our quotes, so if that was what you were expecting, then I am sorry, that's not our process. I am happy to hear you completed your roof, and you have one less thing to worry about with your home. If you could, I would really appreciate any email communications you may have had with Derrick, so I can follow up and review internally our processes to prevent this from happening again.   I am sorry to hear about this, and yes a lot of staff has changed over the years. We removed feed back on Facebook many years ago, and not for this reason. If you feel there is something we can do make this right, after this amount of time, please call our office and ask to speak to Derrick our sales manager and he can work this out with you. Continued over a month from the first response..... It's been over a month now since your review, and have yet to receive a response, so I will consider this matter settled. Derrick would have been more then happy to do what was needed to achieve a satisfactory resolution, but it's hard if communication doesn't not continue. All the best from all of us here at Ardent.

  We had new shingles installed last year. We have been happy through the winter and summer so far. The shingle options they provided were very fair and competitive. They answered all my questions and were not into pushy sales tactics. Easy to deal with staff. They recommended extra attic vents and spaced them evenly so they did not look out of place. Cleaned up after the work was complete.

  I called in the morning to have look at a leak in my roof. They came that afternoon. Inspected, patched up the issue and suggested some preventive matters we should correct. Looking forward to having work done with them in future.

  We have been working with Stacey and Ardent Roof Systems for many years and this review is long overdue. As a General Contractor, we have worked with many different companies over the years but I would not work with anyone else but Stacey and Ardent Roof Systems. They are by far the most professional, trustworthy, classiest guys out there. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for and I can tell you that with Ardent, you get what you pay for and more. They are affordable, in line or more cost effective than other companies out there, but you also get the backing of professional installers and roof inspectors so you can be confident that you are getting the best price and installation for that piece of mind. We value, the professional relationship between our company, and Stacey/Ardent Roof Systems and look forward to working with you for many more years. Thank you!

  Update: Stacey, one of the owners, called me first thing in the morning and sent Amric right away to solve my problem. He explained in full detail what issues I am having and why I might still need some TLC and trial and error with ventilation etc. He is very knowledgeable and assured me that he is taking care of me until they solve my problem. Definitely recommend them for your work to be done - just the reassurance from Stacey and the assurance they are with me until my issue is solved is amazing. That's what you need - a company that takes care of you in spite of the circumstances. Will recommend to anyone requiring help. I share this review due to my current experience. Had these guys come out - they confirmed I needed this work done - said they'd be out in a few days to do the work. I didn't hear from them so I gave them a call - Lonny assured me that the work was done. Now it is 1AM and my attic is leaking with the same ice build up and no turbo fans installed as per their promise. After hours emergency line goes no where but to a voicemail and of course he's not picking up his cell phone. I am absolutely distraught and appalled of this current experience. I'll update this review as per my ongoing experience.

  Ardent Roof Systems is the place to go for your roofing project in Edmonton. They will help you select the right product for your house and will professionally install it. They have a variety of shingles for any budget or application displayed in their new showroom. They will be able to guide you through the whole process. Excellent service is what you will get if you hire them.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Ardent Roofing on a few occasions. We were contracted by them to complete part of one of their projects. I can personally say they are very professional and easy to deal with. In my professional opinion, there aren't that many roofing companies in the Edmonton area who are as honest and respectful as Ardent. They are set up to handle small residential projects to very large commercial projects. If you are looking for a reputable roofing company that will stand behind there work I would not hesitate to contact Ardent.
