About three years ago, I had my roof done by ARC Roofing, and I’m proud to say they’re still the only roofing company I trust. I reached out recently because I wanted them to come by and look over a few things, just to make sure everything was still in top shape. This is one of the busiest times of the year for them, yet they still made time for me and handled everything with real priority. From the first call to the final visit, everyone at ARC was respectful, cordial, and genuinely caring. Ruben, the owner, took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, just like he did when I first hired them. The scheduling was smooth and organized, and you could tell they prioritized me even with how busy they were. And the quality of this company showed itself clearly through Manuel, the person they sent to take care of me. Manuel is the kind of professional who makes you understand why ARC Roofing stands out. He approached everything with patience, respect, and genuine pride in his work. He listened attentively, explained each step in a way that made sense, and made sure I felt informed and confident throughout the entire process. His attention to detail, steady professionalism, and the care he showed for my home went well beyond what anyone would normally expect. You can feel the integrity in the way he works. Through Manuel, you see exactly what ARC Roofing is built on: integrity, respect, and a real commitment to their customers—not just at the start, but for years after the job is done. That’s what sets them apart. Even long after my roof was completed and paid for, they still treated me with the same level of dedication and respect they showed on day one. Most companies disappear once the check clears. ARC doesn’t. They continue to show up. ARC Roofing has earned my trust for life, and I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. Thank you again, ARC Roofing. 🙏

I recently hired ARC Roofing for both a commercial property and my own residential home, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Ruben, the owner, sets the standard for professionalism. He took the time to explain every detail and procedure clearly, came to our home to show us different material options, and gave us his expert recommendation on what would work best. His transparency and guidance made the entire process effortless. Manuel, the foreman, was consistently on-site making sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell he takes pride in the work, he monitors the crew, ensures quality, and keeps the project moving without any issues. And Isabella is incredible. She kept me informed with clear, thorough updates through text and phone calls, especially when I had questions or needed something explained. Her communication made the whole experience even easier. The entire ARC Roofing team is truly professional, reliable, and dedicated to doing things the right way. After completing two major projects with them, I can say without a doubt that any future roofing job I have will be done by ARC. Highly recommend!

I hired ARC Roofing this year and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. They were slightly more expensive than some of the other quotes I received, but the level of quality, professionalism, and integrity made it absolutely worth it. Ruben, the owner, sets the tone for the entire company. He’s straightforward, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in the work his team delivers. There was no guesswork, no vague explanations—he broke down exactly what needed to be done and why, in a way that made sense. Isabella was just as impressive. She was organized, communicative, and made the whole process incredibly smooth. She followed up consistently, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I always knew what was happening and when. The crew was skilled, respectful, and meticulous. They arrived on time, worked carefully, and kept the property clean throughout the job. The craftsmanship shows—my roof looks flawless, and more importantly, I have full confidence it was done correctly. ARC Roofing is the kind of company that delivers real peace of mind. They truly care about the quality of their work, and it shows. No shortcuts, no hidden surprises, just honest work done at a high standard. I recommend them without hesitation. Look no further, ARC Roofing Co is the place to go!!!

Most professional Roofers I have met. Others were trying to add work to project that wasn’t necessary. Manuel Sorto, came to house on time and as expected. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. He was fair and honest in his dealings and pricing. I feel fortunate I found an honest professional in the industry. I am going to be replacing my roof in an investment property I have and will definitely be reaching out to Manuel and Arc Roofing to do the work.

I recently received a roof estimate from this company, and I was very impressed with their service. The representative provided a clear and thorough explanation of the entire process, using graphics and visuals that really helped me understand everything—even as someone who doesn’t know much about roof construction. The estimate was detailed and transparent, showing exactly what would be done and why. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure I understood each step. Overall, excellent communication and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I had previously utilized the services from A.R.C roofing, that was the main reason why they were considered to do this project for me. Ruben and his team exceeded all my expectations again. We agreed on a day to meet he came on time, very well prepared. I was offered various options based on materials and features, I opted for the middle of the options, as the lower one wouldn't qualify me for insurance discounts. this came to 35k. 1200 SF house. After signing contract the entire process went as planned, Manuel the supervisor is the best. During the process, they found areas on the property that requires extra attention, and Manuel went above and beyond to tackle the issue, it was fixed at no extra charge. they did and Excellent job. Meanwhile in the office Lovelaine and Isabella took care of every detail logistically speaking, they were on top of everything. The workers were professional and responded to every concern I had. They did an excellent job considering it was raining frequently. Kudos to Ruben, Manuel, Isabella , Lovelaine and the rest of their staff, they are the best! Jesus.

TWO WEEKS!!! Wow...it took me longer to get around to writing this review then it took ARC Roofing to do my new roof (over 2,700 sq. ft.). As with any company it starts and ends with the owner. Ruben Collado (owner) was the main reason we selected ARC Roofing. From our first meeting to the end of the process, he demonstrated a level of professionalism. More importantly, he showed that he cared about our satisfaction. Strongly recommend them.
