I originally called Brendan as I thought a raccoon was trying to get in to my attic through the roof and I wanted the roof checked. Because it’s a metal roof I knew it was unlikely, but Brendan and his team came to have a look, inspected the roof and found no signs of raccoons, but did find several small things that needed to be fixed which I was grateful for. It was nice to deal with someone who knew all about metal roofs and also knew how to walk on them. Brendan and his team also cleaned my metal roof as it hadn’t been done in about 5 years and now it’s sparkles shiny red, like new! It was very easy to deal with Brendan - he was timely, and has so much knowledge about roofs & siding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

I needed a broken pipe fixed that affected my metal roof as a condition for selling my house and Brendan was quick to arrange a fix for me. He showed up right on time and constantly communicated the process with me. He and his team were very respectful and polite and got the job done quickly. Very happy. Thanks Brendan.

Brendan and his staff did an excellent job on two different projects over the last month. They blew T-30 worth of insulation, and added Moore vents in our attic. They also installed and secured a drip edge along the whole backside of our …

I had Aqwa Building Solutions install a new metal roof in the spring of 2024. The crew was everything you would hope for. They were courteous, polite, and pleasure to talk to. They worked efficiently, and quietly. There was no loud music of profanities being thrown around. They cleaned up at the end of each work day, and had the whole job done within a week. They took to time to explain things to me when I had questions, and they addressed any concerns/issues I had. Owner Ron was especially nice to work with. He took the time to explain to me some of the design features he would suggest for my roof. Between the replacement of some roof vents with some ridge venting, as well as raised hips and ridges. He really took care in what he was trying to create, as if it were his own home. The end result is just spectacular. He was also on site, working with his crew and directing them. The products that ABS uses are top notch. The Permalock shingles are very light weight and durable, and the underlayment was of very high grade. With this roof, my energy costs during the warmer months will be significally lower as the aluminum shingles don’t absorb heat. This was enough reason alone to justify the extra cost of the metal roof over standard shingles. That, plus I will never have to put another roof on again. If you are considering a metal roof, then Ron and his team at ABS will be your best choice of contractor.

Ron and his crew did a great job on my roof. I have a century home and was the only contractor who saw the faults in the old construction leading to the faucets not venting the roof properly, and had a plan to address. Thanks guys!
