  Dear Mr. Mueller, We evaluated your roof as requested. We advised you to communicate with your insurance company regarding our findings of (Minor Hail Damage) to your roof. We met with the insurance adjuster who also agreed with our inspection findings. This is all we could do. Your not happy with your insurance company so now it’s our fault. We have helped hundreds with their insurance claims with positive results. We’re sorry your claim was not approved.   Apex Roofing of the Lowcountry did a great job replacing our semi-aging roof. Although our roof had not reached the end of its service life and had not been exhibiting any significant problems, I knew it was only a matter of time before a replacement would become necessary. Financial considerations and personal availability dictated that that time was sooner rather than later. I met with both owners of the company, Ralph and Pierce Brehany. Both are friendly, honest, and easy to work with. And both agreed with my own assessment for a roof replacement. Ralph explained to me all that would be done during the replacement. And he took care of obtaining the town and the HOA permits, and once he had those in hand, we set up the schedule to begin the job. His full crew showed up on Monday morning, right at the scheduled time and went right to work, working continuously through each day. The crew did a pretty good job of cleaning up much of the debris at the end of each workday. I was really surprised that everything was as neat and orderly as it was, considering the arduous work of removing of an entire roof. As an unexpected benefit, each day I received photos, showing the completed work to date. Ralph was always available and on call during that week, in case there were any problems or concerns or if I had any questions. The weather cooperated, and despite the extreme heat, the roof was completed on schedule. Clean-up of the job site following completion of the roof was thorough. The crew even went around our home with a metal detector, picking up the countless loose nails and screws. I was very surprised at how very few of them were missed following their final search/inspection! It passed the town's final inspection without any difficulties. I don't know very much about roofing, but based on my observations, I believe that the roofing crew did an excellent job of laying down the GAF Feltbuster synthetic underlayment over all the roof surfaces, as well as the GAF asphal

  Apex Roofing of the Lowcountry did an excellent job of replacing our shingles. The crew we had did a great job in cleaning up after the job was done. Our roof looks great. Ralph and his son Pierce communicated with us very well and was easy to work with on this job. The crew was great to work with us also.

  I live in Hampton Hall in Bluffton and I had a need recently to get a quote for a new roof. Apex Roofing came highly recommended, so I requested a quote from them. The owner, Ralph, was very quick to respond with a very competitive quote. We then followed up with a face to face (at my request) to go over some of the finer details. From start to finish I was very impressed with Ralph for his professionalism, attention to detail and candor. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. I awarded Apex with the job and Ralph remained very engaged in my project, calling me daily to follow up and forwarding me daily photographs of the progress. His work crew were great. Hard working, professional, timely, friendly, etc. They portrayed a lot of the same characteristics that Ralph did so this is truly an organization that practices what they preach at all levels. I would have no qualms recommending Apex Roofing to anyone in need of their services.

  Apex roofing just completed our new roof. We cant say enough good things about our experience. The crew worked tirelessly through some of the hottest weather of the season. Ralph responded immediately to our every concern. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Highly recommend!

  Apex replaced the roof on my house and changed the skylights with a much better product. They kept me updated on the progress and I could not have been more pleased with the results. A great company to do business with I would highly recommend them .

  Apex Roofing of the Lowcountry is the absolute BEST!! They are professional, prompt, personable, and have great communication skills! Trustworthy with every question answered, and great accountability!! All jobs are done very well and in a timely manner, backed by warranty; and if there is any issue, they respond and deal immediately!! Our family loves their company so much that we have used them for 3 roofs on 3 of our homes in the past year. Ralph, Pierce, and their crews are amazing!! Totally recommend!!!   Ralph and the Apex Roofing team are wonderful! I didn't think I could be impressed with a roofing company but Apex is impressive. Communication was great from start to finish.
