Unprofessional and Poor communication with Jose and this company. I was ghosted like someone in the reviews said it was the one negative comment I was afraid of that happened to me. Most of the good reviews are from family members is what I …

We apologize that you feel this way. Our phone system connects to 4 different receivers and has an after-hours call connection. Were you calling the office number? As we noted when we began and in the contracts, this process can be lengthy. Our last communication noted with the ins is dated for June 19th - therefor we are in communication. The referral you received to call us took almost two years (WON), which is why you reached out to us. If you wanted a specific update time frame all you had to do is let us know. We fight for you not against you. We truly don’t want you to feel this way, and WE ARE TRULY SORRY. It’s important to us that this is not just a quick project. We value your home as if it were our own and want to ensure that every detail is handled properly. After all, this is your home and investment! However, it’s important to note that you were NOT fully approved and requested a retail cost. Regarding your comments about the reviews: Most of the reviews are from unrelated clients, and quality of workmanship is not dependent on personal relations. We hold all necessary licenses and have been in this business for over 20 years. We understand your frustration. We have a significant workload as we strive to assist clients like yourself, and we do our best to maintain communication. Please keep in mind that it’s not only us; the other parties involved also take their time, and they do not work as quickly to help you as we do. - Apex Exteriors Team

Would not recommend this business. Jose and Vanessa make promises but then gust you!! They approached me in March and now in August get ghosted Wow just lie. I had snowstorm damage!!

I’m sorry that we couldn’t help you with your insurance claim I clearly said to you that we couldn’t help because you have no storm damage to your property. No one ghost you. What you have there is total negligence and the insurance company already told you that. Your just trying to use us to do fraud I’m sorry but we refuse to do that. Have a wonderful day.
