  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Apex Roofing. They “fixed” my roof at an overpriced rate, and it started leaking again almost immediately afterward. Each time I called, they only patched the issue instead of actually resolving the underlying problem. This happened multiple times. Then, as soon as the warranty expired, they suddenly claimed the section needed to be replaced and wanted to charge even more money to repair what was essentially their own faulty work. It felt completely unreliable and borderline scammy. Overpriced, not trustworthy, and poor workmanship. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Apex Roofing.

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. Since our first visit in 2019, we explained that the drain areas required ongoing maintenance and would eventually need a reroof for a long-term solution. In 2021, we completed additional repair around 2 drains at a discounted rate, and we did not receive any reports of leaks after that service. In 2023, we also provided a quote to reroof the drain sections, but that work was approved then canceled. Our goal has always been to provide honest recommendations and options based on your roof’s condition, and we aim to remain competitive while delivering quality workmanship.   A very professional and above board company. All appointment times were on time. The estimator climbed on the roof and took measurements. I had other competitors just take satelite estimates and did not give a written estimate. All the workers were hardworking and respectful. I would hire Apex Enterprise again if I am around in 30 years.

  If your roof is one storm away from becoming a skylight, call Apex Roofing…seriously. Before the rain season starts again. They showed up on time, didn’t try to upsell me with “space-age shingles,” and actually explained things in plain English. The crew was fast, friendly, and left zero mess behind. Now my house is leak-free and looking sharp. 10/10 would let them roof everything I own, including my own emotional baggage. Thanks so much you guys!
