Do not use this company to do any work on your home. They are untrustworthy. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. They are a horrible company with terrible business practices. They take advantage of people at their most vulnerable times; like after a major storm. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any dealings with these people.

They were paid to replace the roof on both buildings in the complex where I live. They barely did anything, then a big storm hit and both buildings got flooded causing massive damage in multiple units. They were called back and did basic repairs, but ultimately we had to hire someone to fix our roofs.

Con Artist company. This company Apex Construction and Roofing came to my house (soliciting there business) just like a few others, unknowingly without knowing the hidden scheme, due to this being my first house or not knowing anything about roof work; I signed a contract without obtaining a roofing quote first. Claim was denied twice by my insurance company. Apex suggested I use their friend Attorney. Public adjuster came out, provided estimate. The friend Attorney sent demand letter of 44k to my insurance company, yet after attorney settled with insurance for 32k. I was told after the fact that settlement was reached ( me thinking 44k like stated amount on demand letter) wrong it was 32k. So Apex said it would cost 20k to repair roof per friend Attorney & that the public adjuster/ attorney would receive 12k. I was never asked was I ok with the cost before settlement was agreed on. I had no other choice but to agree on settlement because it was already settled on. Nor was I provided a quote until after i requested one once settlement was reached. Of course, the sum of quote received was 20k. I have other quotes from other roofing companies with better rates and warrantied with either the same warranty or better. It's not about the 20k but it's how you go about getting it, at least communicate with the insurer. Effective communication, trusting, and doing the right thing even when you think, no one is watching is very important to me. Apex, nor their friend attorney first ask me, they just worked together on obtaining what they wanted from my insurance company. People will come with great talk, but, NEVER sign their contract before FIRST optaining a quote. No one buys a house nor a car without first, knowing how much you want to purchase it for.

This is arguably the most irresponsible construction company in Baton Rouge. They were hired to replace the roofs in my condominium complex, which consists of over ten buildings. In the span of two months, they managed to complete …

Do NOT go with this company. Takes complete short cuts on repairs. Very sneaky company!

Hire a better marketing team. Door to door sales in 2023 do not work. You are harassing people.

Just going to let these pictures speak for themselves. I keep trying to get in touch with these guys and they don't answer. Their roof crew repaired our roof after Laura and they had an construction crew work on the inside of the house. Now I'm left with uneven floors and a 1.5 inch gap all around my roof.

We recently had our roof replaced by Apex and had a fantastic experience. They were very helpful during the selection phase and provided us with many roofing samples to take home to consider. During the construction phase, a problem was encountered, but they resolved it quickly and to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

After working for 3 years to get our roof replaced due to leaks into our home, Apex was able to work with our adjuster to show exactly where the issues were and finally get us approved. Jesse was extremely accommodating to my needs and schedule, office personnel were always cheerful and eager to handle my needs and questions. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and totally cleaned up their mess. We had one issue where a leak remained around the stack of our small wood burning stove and that was quickly taken care of. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and service we received! Thanks Apex!
