  As President of our Condo Owners Association Board, I helped oversee a large special assessment of more than $1.3 million for reroofing and repair work across 8 condo roofs in Seattle. Because the job was so large and detailed, several roofing contractors chose not to move forward, but this team took on the full scope with confidence and delivered excellent results. The reroof project finished ahead of schedule, stayed under budget, and moved smoothly without material delays, labor problems, or unexpected change orders. They also improved the attic ventilation and overall roof system performance, which added real value to the property. Communication between the roofing team, the engineers, and me was always clear, responsive, and professional. Raymond, the foreman on our project, stayed involved in every phase of the work and showed strong leadership and solid roof management skills throughout. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and punctual each day. They kept the jobsite organized, made sure each work area was watertight by the end of the day, and handled cleanup continuously. When the roofing work was complete, the property looked better than before. I would gladly recommend them for both residential and commercial roofing projects.

  Raymond and his crew really went above and beyond. They checked my roof carefully and were honest that it only needed a repair since the roof was still fairly new. They handled the roofing repair the same day and left me a card in case I needed more help later. After some windy weather in Seattle, another roofer stopped by and claimed I needed a full roof replacement and mentioned storm damage. I called Raymond back for a second opinion, and he gave me a straight answer. He said there was no major damage, just a few loose shingles that needed attention. He got up on the roof, sealed the exposed nails, and made sure water could not get under the shingles and into the roofing system. He even came out on a Saturday, which showed real dedication and great customer service. It is hard to find a roofing contractor who is this honest, responsive, and willing to help without pushing unnecessary work. I truly appreciate the careful inspection, the quick roof repair, and the peace of mind. I would not hesitate to call again for any roofing issues.

  Great roofing company. After a bad wind storm, a few shingles were blown off my roof, and I only needed a small shingle repair, not a full roof replacement. I contacted several roofers for an estimate, but most did not follow up once they heard I wanted a limited repair instead of a complete reroof. Elias handled the job differently. He explained that matching the existing shingles could take a little time because the roof color was not easy to find, and he said he would return in about two weeks.   I worked with Elias and his crew at Andrew & Sons Roof Repair for our first roof replacement in Seattle. Elias was recommended by our realtor, and from the first visit he made the whole roofing process easy to understand. He inspected the roof carefully, pointed out the problem areas, and took clear photos from up top so he could explain the condition of the shingles, flashing, and other roofing parts in simple terms. What I liked most was that he never pushed us into replacing the roof before it was needed. He was honest and said we probably still had a little life left in it, which made us trust his assessment even more. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very straightforward about the scope of work and pricing. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprise charges. The crew went above and beyond during the project. They came back the next day to clean off some tar that had gotten on the siding, removed an old satellite dish we no longer wanted, cleared away some unused cables high on the house, and replaced an old downspout so it looked better and worked better too. We also appreciated how they protected the property with tarps during the tear-off and installation so shingles, debris, and roofing nails stayed contained. We have a young daughter and a dog, so safety was a big concern for us. When I asked them to run the large magnet around the house twice to catch any loose nails, they were happy to do it. That extra care really stood out. The whole job felt smooth, well organized, and stress free from start to finish. If we ever need roofing work again, I would absolutely hire them again without hesitation.
