The company has provided very poor customer service since the installation of the roof. 1. The contract stated that new screens would be installed; however, the new screens still have not been installed. 2. Services were overpaid; however, the company has not refunded the over payment. 3. Deena informed us the company was in the process of moving into a new address. We have emailed multiple times to resolve these issues, but have not heard back since.

Had a wonderful experience with Southern Plains Roofing. Fair price, the crew arrived on time, installed an attic fan and repaired the roof (damaged in a storm). Did great job on the repair and then cleaned everything up. Very happy!

Kenneth Sutter was fantastic to work with! 😊😊 We needed our chimney shroud rebuilt and he helped in multiple ways during the whole process. Did I mention how friendly he is?! I would recommend this company 👍👍 with a five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating!!! He also loves 🐕 dogs and children! His work crew were very professional and efficient and got the job done in one day. He also can help in many ways as a general contractor. Now that is how you do business in Texas and America!!! I would recommend him to anyone, even if you just need a smile to lift your spirits!

Thank you so much! Greatly appreciate the high praise and kind feedback. It was a real pleasure to have met the Hills, especially Shadow Hill the adorable Cocker Spaniel. If you need anything in the future, don't be a stranger!

This is the second roof installed by America's Southern Plains Roofing on my home. Ken's team, including Isaac, did an excellent job. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend this roofing company. Deb Moore
