I have reached out several times over the past while for roofing and exterior work, and every experience has been very helpful. Asher at the front desk has consistently gone above and beyond, answering my questions, handling concerns quickly, and pointing me in the right direction through each step of the process. We have worked together through a few home improvement projects, including fascia, soffit, and a full new roof installation. The communication was clear, the scheduling was smooth, and the roofing team made everything feel easy and well organized. It really stood out how attentive and dependable Asher was from start to finish. It is rare to find someone so friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to great customer service. The whole experience with the roofing work was positive, and I truly appreciated the support, professionalism, and care throughout the project in Mission Viejo.

I reached out for a roof and gutter replacement after storm damage, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. Timothy was professional, experienced, and easy to work with from start to finish. He helped me choose the right shingle style and gutter color, and the new roof really improved the curb appeal of my home in Mission Viejo. He stayed on top of calls and texts, showed up when scheduled, and completed the roofing and gutter installation as promised. He also took time to answer my questions about materials, roof work, and the next steps. A big help was how he worked directly with my insurance agent to keep the claim, estimate, and payment process moving forward without delays. Timothy also provided the paperwork needed for my mortgage company, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. His support saved me a lot of time and effort, and helped make sure everything was documented properly for reimbursement. The roof workmanship and gutter installation look excellent, and I would strongly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing dependable roof replacement or storm damage repair.

I have been telling everyone how much I love the Solatubes after having them installed. They have been a great upgrade for the house, bringing in natural light and making the rooms feel brighter and more open. What stood out just as much was how easy it was to work with Alston Roof's Viejo throughout the whole roofing and installation process. Asher, the installer, was extremely helpful and professional. When he first came out, he was honest and explained that the roof was in poor condition and that installing the Solatubes right away could lead to roof leaks later. I really valued that kind of straightforward advice because it showed he cared about doing the job the right way instead of rushing through a quick install. That level of honesty gave me a lot of confidence. Erick and Timothy also pointed me in the right direction for the roof work, and that turned out to be a very good experience as well. Once the roof was replaced, Asher returned and completed the Solatube installation with great care and skill. Everything came together smoothly, and the finished work looks excellent. I highly recommend the Solatubes, especially when the roofing and installation are handled by people who are knowledgeable, honest, and focused on quality.

Our experience with this roofing team was well beyond 5 stars. We needed emergency roofer service after a large pine tree fell onto our roof and caused serious damage. After an initial temporary cover still left some water getting inside, their crew came out fast and worked until dark to tarp, board up, and secure the damaged roof area so our home would not have any more interior damage. About a week later, they completed the full roof rebuild, including damaged framing, new roof decking, and new shingles, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The job was finished in just 2 days with no problems at all. The workmanship was excellent, and the crew did a very thorough clean up around the property when the roofing work was done. A special thanks to Timothy for clearly explaining each step of the roof repair, answering all the questions my wife and I had, and regularly checking in on the progress. Also, Kristopher was extremely helpful with fast email communication and with guiding us through the insurance paperwork, which made a stressful roofing situation much easier. If you need roof repair, emergency roof tarping, storm damage service, or a full roof replacement for your home or business in Mission Viejo, I highly recommend this roofer.

I had been trying for years to stop a leak around one of my roof scuppers. Another roofer had looked at it before and put on a coat of silicone sealer, which only helped for a short time before the leak came back. I also tried a few homeowner repairs, but nothing lasted. Then a roofing estimator inspected the flat roof system and first suggested a silicone repair with reinforcing mesh. When the crew arrived, Samuel cleaned out a scupper and found it had not been installed correctly. He recommended rebuilding it with proper metal work and converting it into a fully enclosed four-sided scupper. The team ended up remaking 5 of the 7 scuppers, adding new flashing and building new collection boxes. They also power washed the flat roof and applied fresh silicone coating to reseal the surface. The repair process was explained clearly from start to finish, and every question we had was answered. Asher and Erick did excellent work, especially on the metal fabrication and detail work around the scuppers and drainage areas. Their roofing solution worked exactly as promised. The leaks are gone, drainage is much better, and I feel confident the problem has been fixed the right way for the long term. My wife and I are very happy with the whole experience, from the estimate to the final installation. They treated the job with care and professionalism, like they were working on their own home.
