We had an excellent experience with Andrew at Alpha Exteriors for our roof replacement. What impressed us most was how incredibly hard he and his office worked to get our roof covered through our difficult insurance company. There was a lot of back-and-forth with insurance, and they handled so much of the process. They were persistent, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond advocating for us every step of the way. The roofing crew completed the entire job in just one day. Andrew was on site making sure everything was done correctly and thoroughly from start to finish. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. It’s clear Andrew takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. We would absolutely recommend Alpha Exteriors to anyone needing roofing work done!

Andrew was very helpful, professional and patient with us from start to finish. His roofing and gutter crews were also professional, as well as efficient. The entire job was very well organized and executed with a minimum of interference to us.

Andrew did an excellent job at helping me pick out the color coordination and his crew was friendly redoing the roof siding gutters and even lights. The whole job was done in 5 days couldn't believe the speed. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone redoing their house.

Alpha Exteriors installed a new roof on our 1983 house and did so perfectly -- no exaggeration. Not a single misstep or problem. My wife, who has very high stands, agrees. Andrew was terrific to work with.

I cannot say enough positive things about Andrew and Alpha Exteriors! Throughout the whole process, Andrew took the time to explain my options, the cost, what the process would be like, and he was here overseeing the project as it happened and inspecting, and re-inspecting, everything along the way to make certain everything was done to the highest standard. Getting a new roof is a huge investment and to work with someone like Andrew, who is upfront, trustworthy, communicates consistently throughout, and completes the work with excellence, makes all the difference in the world. I’m grateful to Andrew for making the process easy and highly recommend Alpha Exteriors!!
