  If you plan to use Alliance Roofing please get everything in writing ! I would recommend getting a quote and paying only what they quoted. They will promise you an upgraded roof and many more “extras” if you let them deal directly with your insurance company . Don’t fall for it! Most importantly… if you have a satellite dish mounted on your roof please remove it before they start any work! They will haul it off with the debris that was removed from the roof and leave it up to you to be replaced.They didn’t even take the time to disconnect the coax cables, they were cut even with the side of the house… It appears once their crews start work they have little to no communication with them! Please do your research before hiring them for your roofing needs. I can assure you they will not stand by their word! Please don’t get it twisted thinking it’s miscommunication, you guys stood in my driveway and promised things knowing all along it was a straight up lie! You guys have my number if you’re interested in discussing further….

  I haven't even had the services provided to me and the customer service is already bad I reached out to this company three different times trying to give these people my money and no one is yet to call me back already off to a bad start

  Daniel was great at communicating and keeping us informed every step of the way. Alliance did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would do it. Very pleased with service and final product.

  I needed service to take down gutters on the back of the house. Repair wood on the side of the roof. Service was good but they are busy for service. You'll have to be patience for an available service day. I had service during the Summer.

  Steve and Brent are top notch. The put the roof on our previous house, and were fast, professional and reasonable priced. Any issues were addressed immediately. So on our new house, needed some minor work after the insurance inspection and they came right out and took care of that as well. Highly recommend Alliance as a professional and thorough contractor. You won't be disappointed.

  I had a great experience with Deanna with Alliance's GA location! In just one day my entire roof was replaced. The communication was great everyone showed up as agreed. I have referred out to others and I will continue. I absolutely love my new roof!

  Joey was the consumate professional. He provided a concise quote with caveats based upon what was found under our existing roof. Repairs were made as needed, and explained well. The crew was professional and fast. Cleanup was complete. I would recommend Alliance Roofing to any of my friends, with confidence.

  Thoroughly satisfied with the whole process, from start to finish. Brent Sellers was not only knowledgeable but, answered any and all of my questions. The crew was very thorough and efficient. Communication and follow through on what was going to be done and what was done was excellent. My wife and I were highly satisfied with the finished product as well as, the thorough clean up afterwards. We would definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants a company who delivers, what they say will be done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
