  We thought that we overpaid for the service. They threatened to put a lien on our home-still have the email with that threat. We will never use again and do not recommend based on our experience.

  Disrespectful and not responsive regarding questions about the status of our roof in an area where they had previously done work. They did not take responsibility for not getting back to us when they said they would and they were rude and disrespectful when we tried to follow up. We were trying to get answers to questions from another inspector; they did not get back to us when they said they would and did not answer our questions. Our repeated attempts to communicate with them were met with annoyance and disrespect.

  Alliance Roofing of Hilton Head recently replaced my roof. They completed tear off and installation in one 12 hour day of work. Their team was highly efficient, working together taking exceptional care of my plantings etc surrounding my home. Having seen how some competitors work, I would definitely recommend Alliance over others. There were 2 supervisors on the property at all times. Clean-up was happening all day, certain members of the team did only clean-up throughout the day. This lead to a much easier wrap up of the project. From initial sales presentation to finished install of my new roof, Alliance did an exceptional job.

  Have been Contracting Alliance Roofing now for 10 years they have replaced 8 roofs for me , Feel like they have always had reasonable and fair pricing , And the Workmanship on the Jobs was Awesome Also have Good Communication skills , Would Recommend
