  Called a few weeks back for a quote and the person I spoke to only took my name number and address. When I asked how they would know what I wanted done they told me “maybe they’ll call you on the way or something”. No call back and no one has shown. Great professionalism. For the owner reply I called on July 1st according to my phone log. If the woman I spoke to took accurate information it should be very easy to figure out what I called for and my contact information. Update: They finally called back 22 days later and said someone was in the area and just showed up 30 mins later. Wasn’t home so I never had the chance to explain what I wanted done. I guess scheduling a day and time to walkthrough projects is a concept too far beyond. Much easier to just do nothing for weeks and then show up with little notice.

  I am not sure who this is or why we got this review. Are you sure you have the correct company because we do not conduct our call in estimates that way. If you have called us for an estimate and there is some misunderstanding please feel free to call our office.

  Well the show up unannounced to call no appointment and starting banging in my house and wake me. So unprofessional.

  Small repair jobs, especially when dealing with the weather are scheduled/dispatched when the weather permits. All repair work is done on the outside so customer does not need to be home. We can not always call ahead of time to schedule because we are not always sure exact times/days repairs can be done.

  We used their website to request a quote May 25th. Had no response from them. I then called them on June 1st and no one answered so I left a message. On June 3rd I received a call back and was told they would be out in next day or two for an estimate. It is now June 10th and I have not heard from them.

  We received an e-mail from Mr. Hollenbeck on June 1, 2020 to request an estimate. On June 3rd we talked and told him we would be out to check in a few days. We were out on June 4th (the next day) to check and e-mailed the estimate to him on June 5th. This is very good and quick service. We do not understand this review (June 10th) because the e-mail was sent a week ago.

  In response to your review, we are confused. We went down to check this property the next day after you called our office for an estimate and noticed that your job was already under construction. We gave you next day service, but, the work was already getting done at the property. Maybe you have our company mixed up with another company because you never called us again, after the original call.

  I've called them twice they receptionist told me someone would call me back in couple days n in both instances no one called me bac very unprofessional you guys never sent me a quote If you did I would e responded bac to you so if you wan continue to lie to customers that not good for business

  In response to this yes we did respond, your house was checked and the estimate has been mailed out, within 3-4 days. Being outside the city limits I feel this is pretty good service. UPDATE: 11-18-19 we were contracted to do these repairs and we completed the work the next day (11-19-19), everyone satisfied.

  The negative reviews are a little confusing as both the receptionist and Robert the owner got back to me very quickly. The Team did a great job with roof instillation, on time, and did a good days work each day they were there. Highly recommend All-Weather Roofing & Siding . The price was also very reasonable as they came in below competitors quotes by around 20%.
