  Leaking roof and non responsive company. Failure to install flashing correctly and won't respond to calls. Horrible experience. Do not recommend. One star is generous to the type of experience currently going through.

  I signed a contract for a new roof. Katie, the Office Manager, hasn't responded to 8 emails sent daily to find out information. I won't be using their services and can't believe this company "ghosts" their customers. Absolutely embarrasing

  We provided a cash contract as requested which was the best price of course. The homeowner wanted to deal with his insurance company directly. We informed of price increases due to inflation and fuel skyrocketing after Hurricane Ida which the insurance company would compensate for. We decided to cancel contract and advise customer to find someone else to work with . Never performed any work for this homeowner or at this property.

  Mr. Winn, We explained the insurance claims process and asked that you make an appointment in our showroom to go over your paperwork and insure all damages were covered appropriately so that we could proceed accordingly, which you denied.   I tried to get a quote for roofing and gutters, but the company seemed disinterested in following through. I placed a request on 02/02/21 and kindly followed up with the utmost patience... once, then again, and then again and yet still no quote on 2/19/21. It's sad that companies choose to operate in such a way....hopefully this doesn't reflect their workmanship, but knowing what I know....I won't make anymore effort to find out. Local companies wonder why people choose larger....national companies? Home Depot quoted me the same day I scheduled....

  All Star Roofing provided exceptional service. Dean is very professional and honest. He gave me the best information to make a good decision. The workers did outstanding work. Quality material was used for replacing my old gutters. After Hurricane Ida All Star Roofing also replaced my roof, which was another quality job.

  I highly recommend All Star Roofing, if you’re in the market for a new roof! Katie and Dean, were very easy to work with. They were very informative and in constant communication through out the whole process. They made it very easy. I have no complaints at all, and the quality of work was amazing. Their prices are also reasonable too!

  All Star Roofing delivered as promised. They showed up when they said they would, finished the job on time, and cleaned up as promised. They also helped identify issues we didn’t know we had.   All Star Roofing responded quickly when I called about my roof repair. I was scheduled much sooner than I'd expected. Everything was explained perfectly & professionally. The work was done in a matter of hours. They even discovered further damage i wasn't aware of and repaired it too. I'm so relieved & thankful they got my roof all repaired & it looks great! Best & most trustworthy roofing company out there, I 100% recommend All Star Roofing!

  Our family hired Dean at AllStar Roofing and we were not disappointed. From the very beginning he was thorough and professional. This job was a more complicated job as it was on a historical commercial building with many issues besides just the roof. We needed approval from our town’s Historic Committee and he and his assistant Katie were there prepared to get us approved. He never made a promise he did not fulfill. He also acted as a contractor with our approval securing other vendors to have work done that was needed. You will not regret hiring this company for your next job.

  Working with All Star Roofing was by far the best contractor experience we had after hurricane Ida. The estimate was clear, and they worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we were reimbursed fairly. We are very happy with our new roof. Thanks again, Dean and Katie!
