  Did a great job on my roof but sometimes getting them to respond and fulfill customer needs can use some improvement. Shouldn't have to constantly request week after week for documentation related to work.

  They installed my skylight and it started leaking within a couple of months. They attempted to fix it but leak continues. They do not answer when I call.

  Waited two months to have gutters repaired after they were poorly installed. Having to hire a different company to correct mistakes despite numerous promises to fix the problem. Had to come back to repair pieces of siding that kept slipping. Will file suit if final repairs are not done

  I chose All Pro Roofing and Siding after seeing all their great reviews online, and they did not disappoint. I called Steve, the owner, and he got back to me within minutes and was at my house within an hour to look at the roof. He used satellite imagery to measure everything and get the exact materials needed right on the spot. He’s a really good, upfront guy—no games, just tells you exactly what needs to be done. All Pro has been family-owned for over 27 years, and Steve is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Because they’re a GAF Master Elite Certified Installer, they used top-of-the-line GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and the full system, and the price included the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty registered directly with GAF. His price was very competitive, so I signed the proposal and they were here within a week. My house roof is up on the third floor with a lot of dormers, so it was definitely not an easy job, and they also did my garage roof. His crew was absolutely incredible. They knocked out the entire project in a single day—a full tear-off and replacement on both the house and garage, plus replacing a few sheets of rotted plywood they uncovered. The guys worked non-stop and took obvious pride in their work. When they finished, they cleaned the whole entire job site so well it looked like nothing was ever done—not a nail or piece of debris left behind. Both roofs look brand new and absolutely stunning. If you need roof work done, call Steve at All Pro. You won’t be disappointed.

  Friend recommended I try All Pro Roofing. I was not disappointed. Job was done well and efficiently. Steve and his team installed my new roof in less than a day, WITH WARRANTY and NO MESS!! All crew members were friendly, cordial and insured. Highly recommend Steve and his team for all roofing needs!

  All Pro asked me to provide pictures of what needed to be fixed via text and responded with up front pricing on the phone. They came out to do the job not only the same day, but within the hour. The work crew was polite, knowledgeable, and did an impeccable job. Great experience all around, highly recommended.

  I needed new siding for my home, as well as remove some old stone fascia. I solicited 5 estimates, and chose All Pro based not only on pricing, but on his recommendations and his willingness to work with me on what I wanted. His team was great, professional, and easy to work with. during the job, there was some items we didn't cover in a "contract" but Steve didn't "nickel and dime" he just took care of it. The job took a few weeks to complete, and the site as always clean and neat before they left each day. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your siding work.
