  Sam weaver broke an oral agreement with me and refused to finish the roof the way I wanted. There was nothing easy about doing business with this company

  Update:6/6/22 MY 3 months young roof has a major leak into my garage. Video below. 27K invested and it leaks!!! I call them and not even an apology just oh we will get someone there to look at it. I now have zero confidence in my investment/roof. Look elsewhere Four months ago I was greeted by a happy cheerful sales person who told me how awesome the company was and how great their service and workmanship was so I've bought a $26,000 roof that I am paying for out-of-pocket so there is no insurance check involved here. Fast forward to March 20 20 I get one day notice that you're about to start the roofing job OK no problem I come home the second day after they've torn the roof off and they left a pile of debris and garbage in my lawn on my grass they left it there for three days fast forward five more days after they finally picked up the garbage they left in my yard they left a 5 gallon bucket on top of my roof and it is up there rolling around on the paper and tar that they put down so far and the salesman that was so friendly Frank mean mean and nasty and rude via text messages when I questioned why his staff blocked open one of my doors that didn't need to be blocked open since there was no roofing happening in that area I'm disappointed if I could get my money back I would pick another company they don't care for your home their customer service is greatly lacking in all of these things have made me question the quality of the roof that I've invested in and they're still not even done beware do your homework because in my community five residents told me do not use this company I didn't listen I'm very unhappy $26,000 and I'm very unhappy photos are attached

  I have never had a Salesman named Frank and I am the customer service here and I assure you that I have not spoken to you. We did not roof your house. So if you would so kindly Remove this false review I would appreciate that.

  We were pleased with the professionalism and swift responses of All Phase Roofing and especially Charles Santucci. The crew replacing our roof worked long hours in extreme heat while keeping the havoc to a minimum. We recommend All Phases for your roofing needs.

  I recently had All-Phase Roofing and Construction repair and replace my roof and repair the eaves. I was very impressed with the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final inspection. If you are looking for a business where the owner has the experience and qualifications and is also personable and caring, then Jacob’s company is the one you are looking for. Ethan, the Chief of staff, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and explain the different options available to me. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the decision to go with All-Phase Roofing. Adam, the crew leader, and his team did a great job. They were professional, efficient, and kept the site clean. They even went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend All-Phase Roofing to anyone who needs roofing services. They are a great company with a team of experienced and professional roofers. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about All-Phase Roofing: They were very responsive to my initial inquiry. They provided me with a free estimate and answered all of my questions.   Time is money when it comes to home building. All Phase is immediate to respond, quick to schedule, and flawless when installing. When they leave the job I never worry. I know beautiful and accurate results will be delivered everytime. There is no one else I trust more to provide our fortified roofing requirements. They make the whole process completely seamless.
