Awful people and awful to do any type of business with. I wouldn't trust a soul there. Be careful!

Today I called All Phase to request their services for some repairs to my roof. I was told that they do not have the manpower to take on any additional jobs at the moment (which is okay and understandable), but when I asked them if they could refer me to any credible alternatives in the Lynchburg area they refused to give me any referrals or recommendations. Overall my experience with this phone call was disappointing. If you are not able to provide services you can at least refer customers elsewhere.

Hello Branden, I am the secretary that you spoke to and I am sorry we were unable to refer you to anyone as we do not know of anyone in Lynchburg, Va that does repairs also. We wish we could be of service, but as I stated on the phone we are booked out until the summer or fall for repairs. We do not refer just anyone, if we can't put you in contact with someone that does high quality work as we do; then we would prefer to not give any names, as it is a reflection on us as well. If you find anyone that does upstanding superb work, then please refer them to us, so we can use them in future references.

Gary and Melissa run a wonderful company with good work ethic, integrity, and efficiency. Not only are they good at what they do, but they care so much about the Lynchburg community and especially people that are sometimes overlooked by society. They treat their workers well and even mentor workers that are newer to the field and give them great opportunities to learn and succeed. I will always support a business that cares about its employees like that!

Highly recommend! The ladies at the office are absolutely wonderful to speak with and so helpful with the questions I had and navigating through the process. Chris came to look at our roof and gave us an quote the next day, and was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. The guys that came and brought the trailer the day before explained everything, and then the guys who put on the roof were top notch. We needed a few extra boards due to the roof being so bad when we bought the house and the guys were on it! Very nice, respectful, and cleaned up perfectly after they were done. Top notch service, and we greatly appreciate everything :) Will be telling everyone who asks about All Phase Roofing & Construction. Thank you so much for the hard word and all your help!

Price in line with other quotes we received. They did our roof in one day and they exceeded our expectations. They have already come by one week later to inspect their work and gave a report for us to look over. Highly recommend AllPhase Roofing.

My husband and I had All Phase redo our siding with vinyl, replace new windows and gutters. Our house looks like a totally different house in a GOOD way!!! We are thrilled with the outcome as well as the process from start to finish. Gary …

These guys did a top notch job on a well worn out roof. They were fast and did everything as expected and beyond. They were professional, on time and cleaned up every bit of material without causing any issues. It's everything you want in a good service.
