  Alabama Roofing LLC installed my roof about a year ago, now I have leaks and can’t get a hold of anyone to make repairs. The owner Brandon’s cell and the number on the website don’t work!

  Worst experience ever! Wasted my insurance claim put two kinds of roofing shingles on my house! Have the actual men who did the roof showing up at my door wanting to get pain! Roof still incomplete and has the gall to tell me he is going to sue me! This company is a joke run run run!

  Alabama roofing replaced my roof replaced 2 years ago. We have experienced a leak and I can’t get anyone on the phone to come out and patch it up. Unfortunately after great initial service, I would not recommend them for future work at this point.

  Roof vent leak after new roof installed causing wall damage, fixtures to be replaced and floor damage. They sealed the leak but would not cover the cost caused by the Leak around the vent. They told me good luck. This is my 86 year old mothers rental property. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

  Mam you fraudulated a document from the insurance company. We came out 3 times. You can’t cross through a scope of work from an insurance company where it clearly says a plumbing issue and write in pen roofing. I spoke with the insurance company. Your complaint is incorrect. I suggest you remove this. You can’t scam people because you have a plumbing issue. You had no stains on ceiling. No nothing. I even offered to call a master plumber out on my dime and y’all said no. Please stop harassing us!

  I have waited a few months to see if the roof leaks, so that allows me to give at least a 2, because it does not leak. And honestly, that is a very good thing. I guess I will check back in to the review a couple of years from now, but like I said...so far, so good. I would like to be very positive, but honestly, the first issue came when roofing materials were thrown all over surrounding shrubbery, breaking shrubs, plants, etc. I called about that. It appeared to improve. Next, came the billing fun...I had to give copies of checks I had already written, etc. to ensure I was not double-billed for about 6K. They corrected the issue, but I am not the book keeper. I should not have to spend my time going back through multiple bank statements, making copies, etc. Just do it right. Finally, I have downspouts that pour into a main pipe and down to the street. This is my biggest issue, and it is related to the first with tossing debris wherever it lands and making a mess. Downspouts clogged up with roof debris, roofing nails, etc. No telling what is in the main pipe. Water backing up and pouring over gutters. I cannot count the roofing nails, shingle debris, and other that has finally washed out at the end. This clogging was not an issue prior to the roofing. There will probably be some type of question of "why I haven't just called to have these issues addressed". Well, I did originally about the first couple of issues and then the billing. Those incidents took multiple calls, emails, etc. to get any business done. I don't have time for all that. Letting others know via Google Review is much easier and maybe it will help someone else make a better decision. I could honestly have forgiven the book keeping error, because stuff happens...but it just happens to be the icing on the cake to a very sloppy job as far as clean up and handling debris, etc. I work in sales/business, so I get trying to be quick because the quicker you are, the more jobs you can do, the

  Thank you for your review. Mr Bates we handled every issue you called us about in a very timely manner. We assumed you were happy because we didn’t have any reason to believe not to. I’m sorry about the check, we had a salesman which was also your salesman take a medical leave in the middle of the job but we corrected the problem as soon as we knew of it.   Alabama Roofing put a new roof on my home. I had the pleasure of working and talking with Justin, Trent and Kyle. There was a small miscommunication problem at the beginning, but Kyle was willing and able to resolve the issue with no problem. I believe that their goal is to deliver great customer service. And they provided just that. I thank you. 6 years later. I see that my shingles are bulking and I need for them to come out and inspect. But I can’t get in touch with anyone. The phone number is no longer in service. So sad.

  We are in the early stages of getting everything set up for my new roof. So far, everything has gone smoothly. My son's roof was installed by Alabama Roofing, and they did an amazing job, so I'm confident I'll get the same result.
