I would not recommend this company. They worked on a roof in my subdivision, they removed the damaged port if the roof but did not put a tarp over it and we had 2 days of rain. They did NOTHING....no offer of anything to compensate for damage that was done.

Hi Laurie, We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. Unfortunately, we don’t have a record of this project; you didn’t mention the address or neighborhood, and your name doesn’t match any of our clients. We’d like to investigate further, but we haven’t worked on a home matching your description where there was a two-day rain delay. Please give us a call at 941-727-3996 so we can get more details and reach out to the homeowner. We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly. Thank you. AKVM Roofing Management Team

I live in an apartment complex where they've been replacing the roofs, these people are so inconsiderate. They block off entire sections of the street and then don't show up to work, they take up parking spots that belong to residents, and …

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how frustrating disruptions can be, especially in your own living space, and we genuinely appreciated your patience during the project. Please know that our scheduling and access arrangements are closely coordinated with property management to ensure we follow agreed-upon guidelines and minimize inconvenience. Our goal is always to complete each roof replacement as efficiently and safely as possible, but sometimes unexpected issues, such as hidden structural damage, require us to bring in specialists, which can cause delays. We’re especially mindful of how noise and parking challenges affect residents, and we’re constantly working to improve communication and coordination with property staff to lessen these impacts. We truly regret any frustration this has caused, and your feedback helps us continue to improve how we serve communities like yours. Thank you again for taking the time to reach out. Following a highly competitive bid from Ben the AKVM crew went to work almost immediately and within 3 days all the necessary work was completed from stripping the old roof, replacing bad areas in the decking and installing the new roof with premium GAF shingles. The clean up was immaculate. If you’re getting storm season ready and are worried about your roof call AKVM now.

Excellent customer service from Scott and problem solving for my metal roof. Great efforts were made to the details of my challenging roof construction. Yes I would recommend AKVW to other homeowners. They have also reroofed my neighbors homes with the same results, that's how I got their Company. name. Thanks to their team. NW Bradenton.

I called them on the recommendation of a friend who had his roof done by them; he said he was satisfied with the company, and my experience with them was indeed very good. They did excellent work—they even took care to ensure that no construction materials fell into my garden. A very good job.

I have been in the construction trade most of my life as a construction supervisor in residential and commercial building. I have worked with many roofing contractors and must say that AKVM Construction did a awesome job replacing my shingle roof. The entire staff from the salesman, crew and office people were very professional. They completed my roof in 2 days and when they left, the site was the same as it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. Thank you AKVM Don
