  DO NOT GET YOUR ROOF DONE BY THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!! I just got off the phone with Steve Sheppard- The owner of this company – I have been calling them over a week telling them that we have a leak coming from The roof that they installed at our house. We were informed by our insurance agent that THE ROOFING COMPANY Installed several pipes INCORRECTLY On our roof, which is the reason for the leaking! Steve Sheppard has refused to send anyone out to my house to look at the supposed leaking because he knows that his company is responsible! He tried to blame it on other things without even coming to see the roof and he ended up yelling and hanging up the phone and telling me to call another company. BEWARE, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME TO THIS ROOF COMPANY. THEY WILL INSTALL IT INCORRECTLY IN YOUR ROOF WILL BE LEAKING! THEN HE WILL REFUSE TO HABE ANYONE COME OUT TO FIX IT. SCAM!!!!!

  Let me start by saying this review is 100% lies. This lady only has 4 reviews on Yelp and she bashes them all. Never a good thing to say. You can probably tell by her angry tone & incorrect review she is a bit off. I will NEVER tolerate a belligerent and rude phone call no matter who you are. In 2001 (25 yrs ago) we installed this shingle roof on the house that was owned by our good customer at the time. I have the original contract from 2001 so again, she is false! For OVER 25 years, we have had zero issues on this roof. This lady had other contractors go out for some work they apparently installed incorrect flashings (per her minimal knowledge). This is NOT our responsibility and NOT our workmanship. The five year labor warranty ran out over 20 years ago and NO maintenance has ever done by this homeowner. As a reputable contractor, we were willing to go inspect and repair any issues at our cost until this rude lady insulted me and demanded free service. We do not work for free or on demand. I informed her to hire another roofer that will put up with her rudeness and hung up. And I will do it again if you have zero manners. Our secretary who was working on this matter just had emergency surgery today and left us shorthanded. When I had explained this to this rude client she could care less and demanded someone respond today. I urge you to read all of our positive reviews posted over 30 years of business, and it will be clear what kind of person this lady is. Thank you for your time and see you on the next project.

  Worst customer service after the roof was installed. We called for service over a month and they do not answer to the calls. Once they called back to schedule an appointment, they were no show and no call. Do not use this company. …

  This is a false review from a tenant and NOT our client. Her husband is very upset with his wife for writing this review. We arrived at our scheduled appt. time and met with our client who hired us. We inspected our work! No issues were found with the new roof. Apparently this reviewer has mold growing inside her home because she never vents the home according to her husband. They shower and cook a lot but never let the moisture out. Her husband is very aware of the problem and I guess they fight a lot. When I asked that she remove this false review he stated, “my wife is an angry drunk and stressed out in nursing school and maybe she would remove it after her finals” end quote!!! It’s a disappointment that Google allows false reviews from people who get drunk and write bad reviews hurting professional businesses. Shame on her and Google!! I certainly hope she’s never my nurse!!

  When I called AGL roof to see about a new roof for my house on the Palos Verdes Peninsula near the Trump National Golf Club, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were very prompt and brought many different samples for me to look at and I ultimately chose one that they recommended for durability and style. Even though the cost was a bit more, it was certainly worth the extra cost because now I have a warranty that will last a long time. The crew that came to my house was very courteous and they worked quickly, yet respected the landscaping surrounding my house. Not a single plant or shrub was damaged and there were no stray roofing nails or materials left behind. I highly recommend AGL Roof Co Inc and the owner Steve was very informative and helpful. A totally professional outfit.
