  I spoke to Karen yesterday and when I asked how much for an inspection and report she said free and scheduled my appointment for today between 10-12 am. At 9:55 am today she calls me and tells me it’s $399 for the inspection. This company is a scam, they book you and then they try to charge you. They lie by saying it’s free and get you the day of the appointment once the technician is there. Not only was she rude and didn’t apologize she raised her voice and did not let me speak. This company is a scam!

  I needed both a roof replacement and new soffit work, so I reached out to a few roofing contractors for estimates. From the beginning, this team stood out. Angel came by, looked over the roofline and soffit carefully, explained the scope of work in simple terms, and answered every question with honesty and confidence. He was also very quick to reply whenever I sent follow-up texts. The roofing estimate was competitive with the other bids I received, and the soffit pricing was especially strong. I chose them for the job, and it was a great decision. My new roof and soffit look excellent, and the finished work really improved the appearance and protection of the house. The crew completed everything in one day, worked efficiently in the Carson heat, and did a thorough cleanup when they were done. Theodore and Dale, along with the rest of the roofing crew, were professional, respectful, and clearly knew their trade. I highly recommend this roofing company for anyone needing roof and soffit replacement or other exterior roofing work.

  4.5 stars. A new white standing seam metal roof was installed on my home, and the finished result looks excellent. The job took a little longer than first expected, but the roofing crew stayed on it and even worked Saturday to keep things moving. Communication could have been clearer at times, yet the overall experience turned out well and I am very happy with the completed roof. After having trouble getting responses from other roofing contractors during the estimate process, I really appreciated working with a team that followed through and knew the roofing trade. Dale, Leonard, and Theodore were experienced, helpful, and easy to work with. The final photos and drone views really show how much this metal roofing upgrade improved the look of the house. The roof has a clean finish, strong curb appeal, and it feels like a solid long-term investment.

  After months of getting nowhere with a small roofing contractor and dealing with my insurance, i finally called Gold Team Roofers. zachary and his crew stepped in, explained the roofing process clearly, and helped move everything along. They replaced my entire roof and the gutters, and the workmanship looks great. The new shingles have a clean look, the color fits the house well, and the overall quality really stands out.   After we found out the shingles on our roof were defective, our builder let us know that Gold Team Roofers had installed the original roofing system. We reached out to get the proof of purchase from the original install, and they quickly found all the paperwork we needed for the shingle warranty claim. That made the whole process much easier and saved us a lot of time. Once the warranty claim was approved for a full roof replacement, we contacted a few local roofing contractors in Carson for estimates. This team stood out right away because they clearly understood the warranty process, roofing materials, and what was needed to move the project forward without delays. They explained each step in simple terms and helped us feel confident about the reroof process. They were easy to schedule, stayed organized, and included the needed roofing upgrades for the wind inspection so we could receive our certificate.   We had not been up on our roof since buying the house, so we called Gold Team Roofers after a neighbor suggested them. Dale came out for the estimate, and out of the three roofing quotes we got, he was the only one who spotted an issue with the flashing in two areas of the home. We originally thought we just needed simple gutter cleaning and roof debris removal, but the inspection showed water was getting down to the boards under the shingles. His careful roof inspection, easy to understand explanation, and fair pricing gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward. When the repair work was scheduled, Zachary and Leonard clearly explained each step and even fixed a gutter concern we had not asked about while they were already up on the roof. Their roofing service, attention to detail, and helpful attitude made the whole experience very positive.   Great team to work with. I was unsure at first because the roof replacement cost seemed high, but I’m very happy with the final result from Gold Team Roofers.   Getting a brand new roof felt overwhelming at first, but the roofing team came out the same day and made the whole process much easier. Theodore was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and walked me through each step from the roof inspection to the next few days of the project. He was quick to respond on the phone and sent all the paperwork right away, which made everything smooth and stress free. The price for the new roof and gutters was very fair, especially for the quality of the roofing work and materials. My home looks amazing now, and the foreman and crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and stayed in touch whenever they found additional roofing or gutter work that needed attention beyond the original estimate. I really appreciated their communication, professionalism, and care for the property. Overall, the roofers and gutter crew did a fantastic job, and I would gladly use them again for future home projects. If you need roof repair, a roof replacement, gutters, or other exterior work, this is a great team to call.
