  I highly recommend Wave Roof Service for roof replacement work. They offered a fair price and delivered a solid, high-quality roofing job. Roger was very helpful with scheduling and keeping the project organized from the start. During the job, I had a few questions and wanted some updates, but everything moved along well and all my concerns were handled in the end. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed focused, and clearly knew what they were doing. They finished the project in just a few days, did excellent workmanship, and cleaned up the property very well after the shingle removal. I also appreciated how careful they were around my trees and plants while disposing of old roofing material. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would absolutely use them again for any future roofing needs. Five stars. Derek provided a free inspection and clearly explained how the insurance process works. There was no pressure to sign any contract or paperwork before the claim approval. After the claim was approved, they did not ask for any payment until all the roofing work was finished, and there was no upfront charge for materials either.   We had our full roof replaced on an older home with a very steep layout, multiple valleys, vents, chimneys, and skylights, so it was a detailed roofing job. We were very happy with the whole process, from the first inspection and planning to the roof installation, clean-up, and final follow-up. Roger, the project supervisor, along with the other managers and crew leads, stayed responsive and helpful, and the roofers working on the roof were careful, hardworking, and very thorough. Once the old shingles were removed, some additional roof decking work was needed, which had been explained to us ahead of time as a possible part of restoring an older roof system. The crew handled it professionally and kept us informed, which gave us confidence in the repair and replacement process. The price was fair for the level of workmanship, communication, and attention to detail.   We had a great experience working with our roofing contractor! My wife and I were buying a new house and found out during inspection that the roof was nearly three decades old and needed to be replaced. I noticed a sign for a local roofer on another job and decided to call for a quote. Right from the start, Marvin was upfront about the process and how long each roofing option would take. He gave us several estimates for different roof types and was very patient as we weighed our options. Marvin brought us samples of concrete tiles, shingles, and metal roofing so we could see what would look best. We ended up choosing a unique combination of shingles and metal, and Marvin was just as excited as we were to do something a little different.
