  I had a great experience with Pro Roof Service. There are a lot of roofing choices out there, but i wouldn t trust anyone else for roof repair or a full roof replacement. Brendan did excellent work with high quality roofing materials, and the upgrade to class 4 shingles helped lower my insurance premium enough to offset much of the added cost. They also handled a lot of the communication with my adjustor, which made the pricing, scope of work, and insurance process easy to follow. After the main roofing job was finished, a few small touch ups were needed, which can happen on a project this size. brendan made sure everything was corrected quickly and the final result was done right. The crew was professional, responsive, and clearly knew their trade, from shingle installation to cleanup and final inspection. In a warm place like Carson, having a durable roof with solid materials really matters, and i felt confident throughout the whole process. If you need a dependable roofer, this was the right decision.

  After a bad storm moved through my area, my roof began to leak and i needed help fast. I called company: Pro Roof Service, and matthew came out quickly to inspect the damage and put on a temporary patch to stop the leak right away. They also helped me work with my insurance company and made sure the adjuster came out to review everything properly. During the inspection, they pointed out other storm-related damage around the property that i had not noticed before, including areas tied to the roofing system. Their crew explained the repair process in simple terms, answered my questions, and made the whole job easy to understand. Once the work was completed, the new roof looked excellent, improved the protection of my home, and gave me peace of mind during hot weather and future storms. The workmanship was solid, the communication was clear, and the cleanup was thorough. i now feel like i have one of the best roofs around and would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs. He follows through on what he promises and offers fair, competitive pricing while still using quality roofing materials. He was polite, quick to return my calls, and very patient when explaining the full roof replacement process and answering my basic questions. While we were going over the roofing contract, he never used any sales pressure. Instead, he clearly explained the scope of work, the materials, the timeline, and what I could expect from the finished roof. That made the whole experience feel honest and straightforward. The roofing crew was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job on my roof replacement, and the workmanship looked solid and clean. After the project was done, they carefully cleaned the roof, gutters, and the areas around my home, including the bushes and lawn, which showed real attention to detail.   A small leak started along the roof edge above the lanai, and even though it was minor, it was enough to make me call Pro Roof Service. They had handled tile roof repairs for me before, so I already knew their roofing work was careful, complete, and professional. They came out within a few days, inspected the problem area, explained the needed repair clearly, and we quickly agreed on the scope of the job. Once the crew got started, they found the repair was larger than expected, including about a 30-foot roof valley with damaged sheeting and worn underlayment. Even with the added work, everything was completed in just two days. Brendan and the crew did an excellent job, kept the area clean, and made sure the tile roof system was sealed and secure. The timing was perfect because heavy rain came through Carson shortly after the repair was finished. The roof performed exactly as it should, with no signs of any leaks. I feel confident the roof is now in great shape for a long time. I highly recommend them for quality roofing repairs, fast response, clear communication, and dependable workmanship.   After heavy rain and strong wind, my roof started leaking, so I called Pro Roof Service in the evening and Matthew answered right away on the first ring. I explained the issue, and he came out the next day right on time to inspect and repair the leaking roof. He was very skilled, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and he clearly explained what caused the leak and what needed to be fixed. The repair was done well, and he also shared helpful advice about roof maintenance, flashing, drainage, and how to prevent future water damage during storms. Matthew was honest, professional, kind, and dependable throughout the whole process. It was a big relief to reach someone directly without being sent to voicemail, and the fast response made a stressful roofing problem much easier to handle.   i highly recommend Pro Roof Service for roofing work. They replaced our full roof a few years ago and did an excellent job, and later they installed roofing materials and gutters for a new roof section over our deck. After that project, a small overhang needed a minor flashing adjustment, and brendan stayed in contact, met with us several times, and made sure the detail was handled the right way. The team was professional on calls, clear about the repair plan, and followed through until everything looked and worked properly. We appreciated how they stood behind their roof work, paid attention to the metal flashing, and made sure the gutters and new roof area were finished well. herbert and matthew were easy to work with, and i would use them again for any roof repair or replacement.

  I had been looking for a reliable roofing company for quite a while. Since I was out of state and trying to manage my dad’s home and roof issues from a distance, the whole situation was not easy. After a lot of searching, I found a roofer serving Carson and decided to move forward. It turned out to be the right choice. From the first call, the customer service was excellent. They understood that the roof leak was urgent and worked hard to get my dad’s home on the schedule as quickly as possible. The roof had developed serious leaking problems, with water coming into two bedrooms and downstairs, so we really needed an experienced roofing crew that could respond fast. When the roof inspection was set up, Herbert was outstanding. He explained everything clearly, from the condition of the roofing system to the repair and replacement options, and helped us understand what work was needed to protect the home. He took the time to go over the problem areas, discuss materials, and explain the process in simple terms. It was clear that he knew roofing well and cared about doing the job right. Because of how serious the leaks were, the team made my dad’s house a priority, which meant a lot to our family. Soon after, Brendan also reached out and was excellent throughout the project. His communication was strong, and he made sure every part of the roofing job was clearly explained. Since I was handling everything remotely, it was a huge relief to have someone keeping me updated on each step, from scheduling to the progress of the work.
