AGK Construction & Roofing

The owner of the company personally came to my property to provide a free estimate. From the moment he arrived, he seemed very upset and had a rude attitude. When we tried to show him something on the property, he told us to “let us do our job” and complained that it was already enough that he had driven there and was giving us a free quote. His tone and behavior were very unprofessional. Despite that experience, I called the company and spoke directly with him. He apologized and mentioned that English was not his first language. I told him that wasn’t a problem at all and invited him to come back so we could start over. He agreed and confirmed he would return, but later called back to cancel and said he couldn’t make it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work. Treating people with respect and kindness costs nothing. I believe people should take pride in what they do instead of bringing bad attitudes and negativity to their customers.

Aviv came out on a Sunday morning and gave us great advice on our permit issues. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend him!

Thank you for the great feedback! We know how stressful it is to get a permit or code notice and not know what it means, so we make a point of showing up when it works for the homeowner — even on a Sunday. Open permits, after-the-fact permits, and code violations in North Miami are a big part of what we do, and we'll always give you a straight answer on what it takes to close it out with the city. Thank you so much! 😊 Open permits with the City of Miami are exactly the kind of "nightmare" you described — they sit on a property quietly for years, then surface at the worst possible moment and suddenly everything is urgent. Closing them quickly is what we do: we deal with the building department directly, handle the inspections, and get the permit officially released so our clients can move forward.
