  Bailed and left my roof exposed to the elements. Rain is destroying my uncovered decking now. Extremely overpriced as seeing someone in distress motivated their price point. Square footage initially incorrect and padded with materials they don't provide. Contract should be scrutinized very closely before you sign anything they present to you as any mishaps will be seen as the owner's responsibility and any additional work unforseen will be seen as owner responsibility. Often stated, "I hope we don't find anything else." Salesperson understands and remembers little. Constant address and verbage mistakes by office personnel. Property damaged by roofers. Roofing nails left on the ground in multiple areas. Have to constantly watch for potential flat tires. No insurance, no bueno. Go to a larger reputable company and save yourself any untoward stress and anxiety.

  Ryan was professional with his presentation helping us to understand the costs and the processes. I would give a five star but the workers trimmed limbs and left them in my yard.

  Advantage Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof. William was very helpful, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns prior to the project beginning . The crew worked efficiently and safely, completing the job seamlessly. The site was also left clean.

  Advantage and Tim Williams are heroes to me. They fought my insurance company for months on end to replace my obviously damaged roof. The insurance company finally gave in and Tim and his guys put a new beautiful roof on my house. Thanks to them!!

  We have only good reviews for Advantage Roofing. We had rejected twelve aggressive solicitors from other companies. Tim Williams was the thirteenth. His honesty and knowledge were obvious, so we decided to use Advantage. Mr. Williams stayed in contact with us through the entire process. He asked if we have any future issues to contact him.   We had several bad storms over the last couple of years so I wanted to get our roof checked out. Noah came out and was able to show me detailed pictures of all the damage and discuss what options I might have. He was upfront and honest about my roof probably not needing to be replaced yet and told me to let him know anytime I want him to take another look! While he was there he also told me that he can provide me a quote for solar. They made that process so easy and I’m still trying to decide what option to go with but know he will be the one I call when it’s time!

  Awesome experience. Noah was outstanding as a representative of this company. Prompt professional and friendly. The job was done on time. The area around the house was thoroughly cleaned of debris and nails etc. The yard was left cleaner then when they arrived. I have used several roofing contractors for my rental properties over the past 15 years. This company is by far the best. I will be using them again.
