TJ was recommended by a builder/ contractor to us to inspect our roof and its ventilation. He was very thorough and spent over an hour on the roof and in the attic. In his summary, he used the expression " if this was my roof" and recommended "wait and watch" approach instead of selling us unnecessary items that might not be necessarily helpful in prevention of further problems. Considering the fact that this roof was not his product, it's admirable that he spent so much time on this inspection. On top of that (unlike other trades which charge 200 dollars plus just to arrive), he was truly decent and provided this service gratis.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Ludek. It was a pleasure meeting you and taking a closer look at your roof. I always try to approach every inspection the same way I would if it were my own home — with honesty, thoroughness, and your best interest at heart. I’m glad the “wait and watch” approach brought you some peace of mind. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience — it means a lot. – TJ

T.J Scull from Advanced Roofing should be added to your list of go to companies when you need an excellent business to work with. He came to my home and put a new roof vent in place. He worked quickly and quietly and he did all of that before we had met and while I wasn’t even home. He trusted me to e-transfer payment and then he went another step further. He didn’t charge me. A total stranger. Thank you, TJ. I will pay it forward.

I’m glad we could help you out, and it was no problem at all. Your plan to pay it forward is exactly the kind of ripple effect we love to see. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience — it really is appreciated. – TJ

Advanced Roofing & Sheet Metal have been my go to roofing company for years! Just this past year I have had them on large and small projects/ builds and they have blown the socks off my customers with the professionalism, timely installation, cleanliness on-site, work ethic of all the workers that came to site at various points of the projects, and the finish product. Their work is truly traffic stopping as I have witnessed time and time again when vehicles, walkers, etc... all stopped to look at the beautiful work they've done! Pictures attached are of the last project we did where Advanced gave the homeowners a nice little added touch by doing the Wood Shed and Lake Shed as an bonus. Can't wait for the next one!

Jason law and his team of roofers from Advanced Roofing & Sheet Metal, Barrie, were excellent. I recommend them without reservation. Jason met with me and was responsive to all my questions on the roof materials. He helped me choose high quality options that would optimize my roof's ability to withstand whatever weather nature might throw at it over the next many years. I choose HDF Timberline shingles, GAF Weather Watch Ice and Water Shield, GAF Deck Armour secured with Cap nails, and excellent ventilation (eg Maximum CT6 vents). Everything was installed to a very high quality and the new roof greatly enhances my homes curb appeal. His price was right and I was able to adjust several items without being gouged. Go with Jason Law and Advanced Roofing & Sheet Metal you wont be sorry.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Professionalism! I recently had the pleasure of working with Advanced Roofing and Sheet Metal after a large tree, brought down by a heavy ice storm, caused a significant hole in my roof. From the moment I called, they were quick to respond and get the ball rolling. Their team was professional, respectful of my property, and did a fantastic job with both the repair and re-shingling. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I was especially impressed with how efficiently they handled the entire job. The crew made sure to leave the site spotless after they were done, which I really appreciated. The price was fair, and the speed of service exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you're looking for roofing professionals who are reliable, fast, and provide top-notch work, I highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Sheet Metal. Thank you for the great service! Glenn Stringer Hawkestone
