  It seems the owner left a racist comment on a Facebook page - calling Milwaukee trash and stating that students who experienced racism at a track meet are looking for "GoFundMe money". Very distasteful, hurtful, and quite frankly stupid for a business owner. Let's support other companies that aren't blatantly racist.

  There is no way I could recommend this company to another person. I requested a quote for repairing the wood trim and fascia as well as painting and put down the down payment after telling them that they would not be able to start until after a certain date and was assured that was fine. A week later I got a phone call telling me that they were going to start the next day. I then talked to Jim saying I was told it was okay to delay the start and he reported that was fine but it wasn’t communicated to him. After that date a crew then came and started work on my house. That crew used spray foam to attempt to cover up gaps as opposed to repairing or replacing anything and using plywood to correct the hole in the peak. I had also asked for the paint to be color matched and they proceeded to start painting with a very different color. I again voiced my concerns to Jim who stated that the paint they were using was simply the primer (which I’m skeptical of due to never seeing that “primer” again). Due to continued concerns about the quality of the work being done I asked that they pause work until I returned since I was going to be out of town for a number of days and did not trust them to continue. Jim readily agreed to the pause. Upon my return I requested to meet with someone higher up in the company due to concerns. Jim told me he could have the project lead come and I replied that I would like to talk to someone higher up. Jim then came himself to look at the work being done and agreed that it was unacceptable and that a new crew would be assigned to complete the project. Once the new crew came things were seemingly going better, however once they started painting I again had issues. The team that was painting proceeded to paint over root remnants from vines that had been killed which were easy to scrape off as well as painting over old flaking paint. I was told “it’s an old house so it’s not going to be perfect” which I understand however if I can flake the paint off

  Terri, you are delusional. We have bent over backwards to accommodate you. You were told in our very first conversation that you needed new gutters. We caulked your FAILED gutters for you, despite our recommendations to replace them. This was YOUR request. NOT our recommendation. When you started to attempt to negotiate a side deal with our installers for additional work, we terminated our working relationship with you. We are done with your fabricated stories and outright lies. We have all of our discourse well documented and will be pursuing legal action if you continue with this nonsense. This is the last warning you will be given. If you can't afford 40 feet of gutters, how will a lawsuit suit your budget? Last warning.

  We called them to fix a leak in our roof. The leak came back very shortly after they "fixed" it, we called them back and they "fixed" something different. Still leaking. We spent a lot of money to be in the same position we started in.

  Unfortunately Stephanie, we have no record of any dealings with any Stephanie Santoro, let alone of a Stephanie Santoro spending large amounts of money with us, nor any record of calls related to ongoing leaks. You must have the wrong company. We back all of our repairs with a 5 year leak warranty. And we honor that. If you truly have some sort of ongoing leak that we are responsible for, feel free to call us at 262.613.3890 to discuss. Until then, this is an unfounded claim by a person we are unfamiliar with.   3rd time using this company- Called for chimney cap that blew off during all the storms, had a guy come out within hours of calling. While the guy was on our roof, he seen my neighbor's roof had missing and blown off shingles and he spoke with her also and went on her roof to take a look & also when he was done on my roof he took the time to blow out the debris on the ground from him working- appreciate him cleaning up after himself. I will recommend this company to friend & family.

  Mike was great to work with. We had a part of our fascia that needed repair/replacement. I gave them a call late in the evening and they were out at my house early the next morning to provide a quote. Mike clearly explained my options and he was back later that afternoon to complete the job. Excellent service from start to finish

  Mike was excellent to work with starting with the estimation process and working directly with my insurance company to get the most bang for buck on my repairs after i had moderate roof and siding damage from fallen trees. He helped walk me through my options, was quick to communicate and did quality work.

  We had some third story soffit repair, flashing repair, siding repair, and new trim installed amongst some other various exterior work done by Advanced. I can confidently recommend their services. Very fair pricing for their skill, timely work, and very efficient. They were very responsive when I called, and they came out exactly the day and time they said they would to do the repairs. I appreciated the transparency on their invoices and receipts, with photos to document the work done. They had no issue walking me through the work after they were done when I asked.
