The worst experience of my life with a company. I honestly think these reviews are paid. My house was leaking inside because of the material they used. No accountability. You call and they are in “meetings”. They never closed the permit …

Unfortunately Ms. Moreno, you have the wrong Action Roofing, as we are located in Jacksonville (NE Florida). There are two other roofing companies with similar names in central and south Florida. We are sorry you had a bad experience. We would ask you to verify that Action Roofing in Orange Park is not the contractor you meant to leave the review for and then remove the review.

Contacted them twice in the span of two weeks and both times was informed I would receive a call back to set something up. That call never came. Extremely poor customer service. Unable to rate more than 1 star.

Had a really great experience with Action Roofing—they are everything you look for in a contractor. Kind, accountable, knowledgeable, responsive, and competitive value. Anthony and Kyle (Account Execs) and the installation crew were best-in-class. Very happy with the final result and the process along the way. Highly recommend.

A very pleasant re-roofing experience dealing with Andy Rodriguez, Richard and his roofing team. The entire job was completed in less than two days. Everyone involved was courteous, professional and quickly responsive. We could not have asked for a better outcome! Everything was handled smoothly, from tile selection, permitting the job, delivery… to house and yard preparation, shingle removal, install and a thorough post install quality check and sweeping for nails, etc. High quality work. They obviously place a high priority on integrity and customer satisfaction. Have had several neighbors volunteer positive comments on the outcome. It was truly worry free. Highly recommended!
