  Great work on our roof

• 5 out of 5Margaret Kwana month ago

We had 2 leak repairs on our tile roof and rotted decking where squirrels were entering the attic. Starting with helpful Belle in office to the quick response and inspection by owner Ahmed was impressive. The quote was reasonable and was sent 2 hours after inspection as promised. The work was scheduled 2 days later and finished the same day by 2PM. I am glad there will be no further damage to the decking from any future rainstorms. We couldn’t be happier with the results and we have pictures of the damages and subsequent repairs. I would definitely recommend Achilles Roofing to any of my friends. 5 STARS!!! ⭐️

Achilles Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Once the work was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the property, leaving it looking as if no construction had even taken place. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Achilles Roofing and will definitely be using them for all of my future roofing needs.

I hired Achilles for a new roof and full soffit replacement for this 100+ year old bungalow in Eastwood, Houston. They were easy to work with and helped explain all the steps along the way, very responsive to all my additional notes and comments. Reasonable price for all the work, and no surprise fees. The work got delayed due to rain, so they kept me updated the whole time. I appreciate their attention to detail, from the stuff you can see like the trim details on the soffit, to the stuff you can't see like increasing ventilation in the attic. Replaced a lot of old wood and the lines on this old house are a lot sharper, looks great.

I have a 2021 built house and it already started to have some non-stop issues from the roof which I tried to fix with various contractors and companies but always not having all the issues fixed or after some time new issues will emerge. Achilles Roofing & Exterior is by far the most professional company I have interacted with. Their response was very fast and detailed. They spent half a day on my roof to make sure they address the problems they see up there. So far the fix seems to survive all the recent heavy rains. The key difference I think they are not just trying to apply an easy patch. They helped resolve a design issue that can lead to repetitive issues.

Thank you, Ethan, for your thoughtful review and for trusting us with your roof repairs. We're glad we could identify and address the underlying issue rather than just apply a temporary fix. It's especially rewarding to hear the repairs have held up through the recent heavy rains. Thank you again for your trust and support. It was a pleasure working with you, and we're glad we could help bring you some peace of mind.
