First, thd price quoted was very fair given the complexity and steepness of our roof. The crew arrived on time each day and put in long full days in the summer heat. As a result, they were able to finish the job in 2 days vs the quoted 2.5 days. The crew cleaned up at job completion and were respectful to us and each other. I highly recommend Ace Roofing.

Doug went out of his way to accommodate the installation of an attic fan prior to a military move. The installation was conducted professionally by Doug and his crew, and they even provided a military discount. Highly recommend utilizing Doug and ACE roofing for any roof work needed in the Low Country, and I’ll be sure to use him again in the future.

Doug and his team just put a new roof on our house. This company is by far the best contractors we have worked with. Doug is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their aim is to provide the best quality product available, and that’s what they did! These folks went above and beyond to make sure we were throughly satisfied. They used a magnet to make sure all nails had been picked up, they vacuumed all the debris that fell through to the attic, and even power washed the driveway when the job was completed! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We highly recommend Doug and ACE roofing services!

We recently had Ace Roofing Services recently replace our 20-year roof. Doug, the owner, met with my husband and me several times answering questions and explaining and recommending which new shingle would be the best for us. It had been years since we last had to replace a roof and there have been a lot of changes in shingle construction and materials, and non-asphaltic underlayment that we needed to understand. My husband has a background in construction, so he had lots of questions for Doug. George was pleased with how the questions were answered and how they aligned with his knowledge. We felt comfortable that we weren’t being taken advantage of. We had narrowed the color selection down to two choices and wanted to see samples of those colors. Gordon brought full size samples to our home so we could compare and choose which complimented the house. ACE required no down payment to start and only invoiced us when the job was complete, and we were 100% satisfied. The crew that installed the new roofing worked safely, professionally, were courteous and fully respected our property. Each evening before leaving for the day, they would clean up the yard picking up debris and nails from the torn off roofing. After the job was completed, the crew spent hours (some on their knees) making sure that all visible nails had been picked up. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. We highly recommend Ace Roofing Services if you are in need of a new roof. All my neighbors and people just walking by our home have commented on how nice the new roof looks. Call Ace Roofing Servies – you won’t be disappointed. Gloria & George

It’s always our goal to ensure our clients are comfortable with the process, especially when it comes to understanding the latest materials and technologies. We’re glad your husband, with his construction background, felt confident in our approach! It’s great to know you’re happy with the final outcome, and we’re thrilled to hear your neighbors have noticed the new roof as well! Thank you for your high recommendation—if you need anything in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out. Enjoy your beautiful new roof!
