A family friend spoke highly of Ace Construction Services, so we gave them a call for our roof replacement. We chose a GAF Timberline UHDZ Class 4 roof, and the results exceeded our expectations. The communication was excellent, the crew worked efficiently, and the attention to detail really stood out. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we have peace of mind knowing our home is protected by a premium roofing system. After the hurricane we started getting several leaks in our building and needed help fast to avoid more interior damage. This company came out quickly and checked our commercial roof. The crew was professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the repair. They fixed the problem efficiently and provided photos and paperwork that helped with our insurance claim. We’ve had a few heavy rains since then and the roof has stayed completely dry. Very reliable and professional — recommend.

Roof leaks do not always start with water dripping from the ceiling. Small openings around penetrations, flashing, vents, or aging roofing components can allow moisture into the attic long before the damage becomes visible inside the home. Routine roof and attic inspections can help identify early signs of moisture intrusion before they lead to damaged decking, insulation, drywall, or more expensive repairs. If it has been a while since your last roof inspection, contact Ace Construction Services to schedule a professional roof and attic assessment.8 hours agoBook
