I am sharing my experience regarding a metal roof installment installed by Above the Rest Roofing in Conway, South Carolina, about five years ago for my father. Recently, a leak developed under the roof, and we attempted to get in touch with the company for an inspection. Unfortunately, the phone number listed appears to go to voicemail, and the voicemail system does not accept messages. Due to this, we were unable to reach anyone to schedule a follow-up or address the issue. I am highlighting this experience so other customers are aware of the challenges we faced with follow-up service. I hope the company might improve its customer support, especially for clients who may require additional assistance. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness made the whole process extremely stressful. I cannot recommend them based on my experience and would advise caution if you’re considering hiring them.

Above the Rest Roofing replaced my commercial metal roof on 17 Bypass several years ago. I want to commend them on their integrity and willingness to come back when needed. They are great guys. I highly recommend them!

During a recent storm, our Church had some aluminum fascia blow off the second floor of our classroom wing. I contacted Above the Rest Roofing on a Friday evening and was told by James (Buster) that he would provide an estimate on Monday. As promised, I received an estimate Monday afternoon which was more than reasonable due to the nature of the required work. All work was completed on schedule and very professionally installed. Employees were very friendly and went above the call to complete a very difficult task. Thanks, Buster, for a beautiful well-done repair!

This is a great company to deal with very professional, reliable and reasonable. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with contractors in South Carolina so I was very worried to hire another one, but James assured me I found the right guys this time and he was certainly right. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again when needed. Dina S. Murrells Inlet, SC
