During heavy rainfall, my skylight was leaking directly onto my kitchen table, which was quite frustrating. Josh arrived, ascended to the roof, and discovered that the sealant surrounding the glass was severely damaged. He removed all the old, deteriorated rubber, applied new heavy-duty silicone, and replaced the worn perimeter screws. He maintained a calm demeanor and thoroughly explained each step of his process while working. We experienced a significant downpour yesterday, and not a single drop penetrated! If you require reliable roof repairs, I wholeheartedly recommend Abbotsford Tough Roofing for the task.

I observed an unusual brown water stain spreading across my living room ceiling, located near the fireplace. Josh arrived, set up his ladder, and quickly discovered that the old metal chimney flashing was entirely rusted. He removed the decayed aluminum, crafted new custom step flashing, and secured it tightly with high-quality caulking. He even took the time to test it with a hose to ensure it was completely watertight. Now, there are no more dripping ceilings whenever it rains! Truly, Josh is a remarkable individual for completing that repair so swiftly.

Last year, Abbotsford Tough Roofing came to our rescue when our roof started leaking in the freezing cold. They showed up the same day to check it out and didn’t let the snow slow them down at all.
