The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for AAI Home Improvement. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Can’t recommend AAI and Jason enough. I just took a chance and randomly contacted him when I needed some work done on my roof. I have been extremely impressed by his professionalism, fairness, and positive attitude. AAI exemplifies why it’s a good idea to support local businesses. Seriously- make Jason your first call!

Met with Jason and he told me not to worry he will inspect my roof for all damage and even put a tarp on the roof. He met with my insurance at first they didn’t want to pay for all the damage but after speaking with him they eventually did pay to replace my entire roof! Thank you Jason!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on AAI Home Improvement. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
