Google Review for AAA Storm Repair I never thought a simple phone call from my neighbor would send me into such a spiral of anxiety. After a series of strong storms rolled through, he let me know he’d spotted a few missing shingles on my roof. I went outside to check, and my heart sank — the damage was far worse than I imagined. Shingles were torn off in multiple sections, there was clear water intrusion around the vents, and I could already see some sagging in the underlayment. I stood there panicking, wondering how much this was going to cost, how long it would take, and whether my insurance would even cover it properly. In my frantic search for help, a friend strongly recommended AAA Storm Repair. I called them the same day, and from that very first conversation, I felt an immediate wave of relief wash over me. The person on the phone was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They scheduled an inspection right away and reassured me that they would handle everything from start to finish. What followed was an absolute masterclass in professional service. AAA Storm Repair’s team are true experts who literally took over and made the entire stressful process feel effortless. They walked me through every single step with clear, detailed explanations — from the initial assessment and insurance claim support to the full roof replacement. Nothing was rushed or glossed over. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they were completely transparent about the scope of work, materials, timeline, and costs from day one. I was especially impressed by Dimity and Vladimir, the main guys managing the project. They were outstanding. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and reassuring. They kept me informed every step of the way — sending updates, photos, and explanations so I always knew exactly what was happening. Any small concern I voiced was addressed immediately and with patience. Their leadership made the whole crew operate like a well-oiled machine:
