The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for AAA Roofer Lake Balboa. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Quick patch during last night's storm.

After a persistent leak around our chimney flashing, the first company I consulted proposed extensive repairs that seemed disproportionate. Seeking a second opinion, this roofer pinpointed deteriorated sealant as the issue and completed the repair in just under two hours, which has held up perfectly so far.

After noticing some persistent leaks with the previous roof, we decided to go for a metal roof installation and found the crew efficient, wrapping up in two days without needing any cleanup afterward. The technician explained how they secured each panel properly and addressed potential future issues with added screws and seals.

Compared to another quote I received, this visit was more thorough and detailed in their initial assessment. They identified the problem as a few missing shingles and completed the repair in under two hours, ensuring everything was properly sealed.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on AAA Roofer Lake Balboa. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
