  I normally don’t leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses because I respect people who work hard to build their business, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others don’t go through what I did. At our very first sit-down meeting, which I recorded, Adam promised me porcelain tile flooring under the assumption that my countertop could be saved. I asked what would happen if the countertop couldn’t be saved, and his exact response was, “Don’t worry, I’m going to make it happen for you.” When my husband then pointed out that our current countertop was expensive and high quality, and that we didn’t want to end up with something lower grade, Adam reassured us, “Absolutely not, we’ll make sure it’s the same quality.” Just two days later, I even sent him the backsplash I had chosen, which he also acknowledged. All of these things were later labeled as “extras,” along with the subflooring, which is simply not true if you listen to that original conversation. Hearing those promises gave me peace of mind and made me feel like I was in good hands. Looking back now, that trust is exactly what makes the outcome so disappointing. The countertop was saved, which should have freed up thousands of dollars for the porcelain tile we were promised. Instead, Adam later said he was concerned that due to the structure of the floor, porcelain tile might crack, so we ended up with vinyl plank flooring that cost roughly $1,000. Despite repeated requests, I was never given an itemized breakdown of where the remaining money went. Where did all of this money go? We were able to salvage my current countertop (no money spent there aside from removing and reinstalling it), we saved my existing sink, we saved thousands by going with vinyl plank instead of porcelain tile, and after reviewing receipts I realized even the backsplash this time around was cheaper than the original. The quality of the finished roofing job exceeded our expectations, and the final result was amazing.   We had extensive damage to our home over the winter of 2025/2026. Our roof needed replacement and we had a pipe burst in our living room. Adam and his team worked with our insurance public adjuster to complete the roof replacement and interior repairs on time and on budget. The work was done in an extremely professional way and the team was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for both emergency and upgrade work in your home!

  Adam has been working on home projects for my husband and I for almost 2 years. During this time period he has always been able to communicate professionally while ensuring he gets the job done as described. Any concerns along the way were always addressed promptly and resolved while putting the homeowner’s needs as his top priority.   The crew was professional and respectful. They were on time, finished in a timely manner, the clean up was spot on, also a supervisor was on site the entire time.
