  We had a metal roof installed on our home a few years ago and have had nothing but problems. We've had several leaks, two of which have been addressed. The third issue is major and is causing damage inside our home. This problem was brought to the attention of the owner when the roof was installed. He assured us it wouldn't end up being a problem...and it is. They don't respond to any of our messages, and I have to continually call them. Their communication is horrible. All we want is to have this issue resolved before we incur any more damage.

  Made an appointment for September 2024, they did not show up. I called and no answer to my vm. I needed someone to take a look at siding and provide a recommendation/quote. I am not in a rush but my notes reminded me that they have a high rating but they didn't care about me and my potential business with them. I still need to find someone for siding advice... Guess A & J Roofing and Siding is not it! UPDATE: Cant believe not even a response from the company about my bad review of them. Did I say something wrong??? Took my business elsewhere which turned out to be a repair for now and and a new roof in September. A&J - no way!

  We recently had our roof replaced by A&J Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our roof is far from a simple project, with multiple angles and challenges, but their crew handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. From start to finish, the team was hardworking, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and the finished roof looks amazing. They kept the job site clean, communicated well throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy.   These guys did my roof my basement and siding and where fantastic best out there not only did they do work for me but helped get a tarp out on my roof so it wouldn’t leak until they where able to come out and fix everything I would highly recommend this crew because they go far and beyond everything they do

  This company was super affordable, when I thought it was going to just be the house roof- it included the detached garage as well. They were super fast, very nice, and understanding when it came to having to deal with being paid via escrow.

  Worked with these guys for months while I fought with my insurance company after storm damage. They were always quick with responses and getting me any information/documentation I needed and spoke with my insurance company a few times as well. Unfortunately my fight was lost. It was becoming to late in the season for roofers and I worried about financing as I wasn’t prepared for the damage or cost but their financing options were helpful and they worked with me so well. They were able to get all materials and the job done in a few days. Cleanup was a worry as I have small kids and pets (and car tires) but they did a great job! Unfortunate about my insurance but overall this company went above and beyond. They were kind, accommodating and stuck with me through the chaos.

  I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Anthony! GREAT COMMUNICATION VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE QUALITY WORK Fantastic job all around! The installation occurred when he said it would and they sent us pictures during and after which was awesome! We couldn’t be happier about it! We expressed some concerns about issues with the existing roof and he assured me they would get it done right! It looks great and I feel confident that things were done right! I highly recommend this company! You won’t regret it!
