The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for A-1 All American Roofing San Diego.

First, they did a mediocre job replacing rotting facia boards--the new boards fit very poorly, there were gaps, etc. A month later, a storm blew off the shingles above area they repaired, nowhere else. So they obviously didn't attach the shingles properly either. They were too busy to come out and repair the shingles. I wouldn't go back to these guys.

These guys have been on a major project in our complex in the roasting heat, have been very impressive with their efficiency, courteous communication, and cleanup. Very solid work A1!

I am very happy with the service and work performed from A-1's office. It’s nice to have a company that will answer the phone, make an appointment, show up for the appointment and complete the work when they say they will. …

This company exceeded all of my expectations and made the hard job of replacing our roof much easier than I ever thought. They were super responsive - they came out right away to give us an estimate, they worked within our schedule to get the job done, mostly while we were at work and school. Their experience blew me away and the price was very competitive. They kept everything safe and clean, and they have continued to follow up and make sure we were completely satisfied. I would recommend them for any home or commercial roof.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on A-1 All American Roofing San Diego. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
