Terrible customer service. Fails to return call, fails to keep appointments. Jason is very unprofessional and I would not hire them or trust them with your home's roof.

Had them out for a repair estimate. Told us they're not able to work on homes with a roof grade/pitch at our homes level (which is a 5 or 6). Did not perform the work. Seemed responsive by phone, but selective by project.

This contractor did the work on our new home. On inspection, problems were noted. This contractor did the work and provided and attestation as to the condition of the roof. 7 months later, tiles are falling off. We called him to see if …

I'm currently watching the crew from locally owned "Joe Linn's Construction and Roofing" replace most of my roof, and I have to tell you that these guys are getting an unequivocal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me. They are not just replacing it, they have corrected design features that were built-in 40-50 years ago (and this is a 3rd reroof), and using top notch material like "Titanium Fr Peel & Stick felt paper" that will probably last another 30 years or more. They took it down to the roof ridge beams and we discovered that not only had the beams never been wrapped before, the composite tile and underlying paper stopped a good couple of inches before it and it's been basically unprotected for years other than by the clay tile! Just the gutter work alone has made a vast difference in the house's appearance. The previous installation was done using flashing pieces spaced 1 and a half foot apart with humongous screws which left the metal behind them all twisted and wrinkled, and the gutters were then hung from the very bottom of the fascia, meaning they were useless for water collection. The crew not only cleaned up all their work area, but even cleaned up other areas on my property to make it easier for me! I am very, very pleased with their work, and that's not a normal state of mind for me regarding most companies. This team knows it's stuff. A shout out to Jason Linn and his crew for a job well done.

I've used Joe Linn Roofing on two jobs for properties that I own and I've been very happy both times. The first job was a roof replacement in the area where I was installing additional solar panels. The work was done quickly and the clean up each day was immaculate. The 2nd job was an inspection of a 26 year old roof. Jason told me my roof was in good shape and only needed a few tune up items to be completed. They are honest and won't suggest work to be done, unless it's needed. I appreciate them taking pictures of the roof and the problem areas and include those photos in their written estimate. I've also referred clients to Jason and his team and they've done a great job for them. I trust Joe Linn Roofing to do the right thing, get the job done efficiently, on time and with a clean environment after they've left. I will continue to use Joe Linn Roofing myself and refer my clients to them, when they have roofing needs.

Came out and did my roof, Jason was extremely responsive, fair price, and everything was done in a timely manner and I haven't had any issues since. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement.

JOE LINN ROOFING IS A LIFE SAVER! I wasn’t able to afford a new roof but had some leaks. Jason came over and assessed my roof. He was able to secure the problem areas to get us through a couple rainy seasons. PROFESSIONAL AND AFFORDABLE!

They gave a very competitive quote for a complete reroofing. They started the job almost immediately after I agreed to the contract. The workmanship is excellent

My roof was in. pretty bad shape from a prior repair from a a company that I now realize is incompetent . After working with John Lynn , all the various repairs , the many companies that we’ve gone thru for issues big and small - they all now seem subpar! John Linn will not just do a perfect job - but he will do it efficiently and within the time with no surprises or sudden extra cost.

I used Joe for my roof inspection for a house I am buying. He was quick to get to the residence even though roofers are incredibly busy after the rainy season, himself included! He was able to get a quote to me by next day. Will definitely be working with him again.

We initially called Linn Roofing a few years ago to fix some leaks in our roof. They came quickly and did a great job, saving us from sustaining extensive water damage. When the rainy season was over, we had them replace the rest of our roof, and we were very happy with their work. Thankfully, our roof has continued to be leak-free through the extremely rainy winter that we've had in 2019.

The best roofer In San Diego! I have seen his work over and over and every time, he does his best and makes sure the job is done past what it needs to be. I would recommend Joe Linn Roofing to anyone who is thinking about getting roof repairs or a whole new roof.
