DO NOT HIRE these roofers. I would never use this company again after they installed my ridge cap incorrectly. The lack of knowledge from the owner and staff is shocking. There install would have leaked water into my attic. Not surprising that they don't take any accountability for there work. So I had to take the entire ridge cap off and get it re-installed correctly.

Hi Ravi, We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. To clarify for others reading this review: You had asked our team to install ridge cap material that you provided after informing us that you had fired your previous roofing contractor mid-project. At that point, we stepped in to assist with only a portion of the roofing work — specifically installing ridge cap over panels that were already in place, which were unfortunately not the correct length for proper coverage. Despite these limitations, which we discussed with you, our installers did their best with the materials and site conditions available. It’s important to note that you proceeded to alter the ridge cap installation yourself before reaching out to discuss any concerns with us. Additionally, the product guidelines you referenced as a basis for your complaint were not applicable to the actual product installed, which has led to some confusion. If you have any outstanding concerns or would like to resolve this matter further, please contact our office directly so we can have a proper discussion and try to find a constructive way forward. We always aim to deliver professional work and value open communication with our clients. Thank you, 604 Roof Solutions Ltd.

I am a local realtor and am often asked by clients if I know a good roofer. I always send them to 604 Roof Solutions, as they treat my clients like family and provide expert knowledge and give them fair prices. If you are looking for a great company to take care of all your roofing needs look no further!!!

I couldn't be happier with the work! From the first phone call to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and treated my property with respect. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and my new roof looks incredible. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. They finished on schedule and left the job site cleaner than they found it. It's hard to find a company that truly takes pride in its work, but this team absolutely does. If you're looking for honest, reliable roofers who deliver exceptional craftsmanship and stand behind their work, I highly recommend them. I would confidently use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roofing repairs.

The crew at Infinite have done several projects for us and are always top notch. The work is exceptional and Andrew is great to deal with. This last project they went so far as to fix work done by a previous crew well outside their scope. Above and beyond. 5 stars all the way Update, just had another roof done by the team at 604. As always these guys over delivered. Roof looks great, demo and install were done way within the time frame. Worth noting that as a guy who likes his music these guys played some tunes that I’m not familiar with BUT THEY NEVER MADE ME EAT IT! 4 days on my roof and the music was played at a respectful level, I never had to worry about little ears - the team shows HUGE respect for little ones (and older ones) who are around the job site. These guys will do every roof I ever have - thanks a million gents!
