  I have not done business with these people but this car was driving so dangerously on the road, almost hit me and several other cars. Would not recommend. Teach your drivers what safe driving is. This happened on August 7th 2026. Peoples lives are more important than whatever reason your driver has for such dangerous driving.

  Bad communication, and caused more damage to my roof than was there before! Avoid at all costs unless you want a headache and enjoy lighting money on fire

  If you are getting a full new roof they are fine and will respond, as we had one done a few years ago. BUT, now we need some flashing repaired on the roof of our new house. After reaching out to Nick three times he finally responded and said he would get back to me within a week with a quote, then never followed up. I reached out two more times after this to see if he was able to get an estimate for me, with no response. I have now reached out five times… Looks like this company has no interest in customer service or customer retention, and won’t even respond to a request for a smaller job even when they have already gotten paid for a full roof from me once…Terrible.

  Working with Eric was easy and pleasant. He was straightforward with advice and recommendations. His guys were courteous and hardworking. The price was better than the other bid we received and it seemed fair to us.

  Great customer service and support! We had a couple of post-install follow up issues (one of which ended up not even being related to the new roof) and Eric and Dallas were great about it. Their customer focus and support were outstanding. We will definitely work with them again.

  1st Colorado Roofing installed an amazing new roof, gutters and downspouts on my home in May 2026. Eric, Senior Project Manager, was extremely helpful and genuinely invested in making sure that I understood the entire process. Eric has a vast knowledge base, and provided an excellent education about the installation, quality and reliability of the products used. He is experienced and kind, and addressed all of my concerns and inquiries. The crew was a very professional, experienced and conscientious team. They were organized, the job site was clean, and their work ethic was fabulous. 1st Colorado Roofing has a long history, and the established relationships with their suppliers and other stakeholders enable the company to pass on a direct benefit to their customers. I do not have any negative comments and I am very grateful that we were able to work together.

  I recently had a new roof installed due to severe hail damage. 1st Colorado Roofing is the company I chose, and my Project Manager was Mitchell. Mitchell was Amazing. He was my advocate every step of the way. He handled everything! Mitchell made the entire process seamless, and was so easy to work with. I Appreciate and Highly Recommend Mitchell at 1st Colorado Roofing.

  Eric over at 1st Colorado Roofing is the man. He has done multiple projects for me always goes above and beyond and does what he says he’s going to do. Which is rare to find in any trade as we have worked with many across all of the trades. Just a stand up honest business.

  I really appreciated the quick response, professionalism, and honesty from Eric at 1st Colorado Roofing. After another contractor encouraged me to file an insurance claim for hail/wind damage, Eric took the time to carefully evaluate my roof and honestly explained that the damage was not significant enough to justify a replacement claim at this time. It's refreshing to work with someone who values integrity over making a sale. I'm grateful for the straightforward advice and peace of mind it gave me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy roofing assessment!

  1st Co. Roofing was excellent. We worked with Nate Christensen from the start. Not only did he help inspect our roof and notice the hail damage, he walked us through every step of the insurance process. This is critical because insurance fought every step of the way. Nate helped take us from insurance taking a non-pay position to paying for our roof, windows, and painting. When it actually came time for the work, 1st Co Roofing was efficient and did a great job, finishing the work incredibly fast. Couldn't recommend the company and Nate more!

  Evan and his team did a great job replacing our roof and helped with making insurance claims on our behalf. In the roof replacement process, his team also helped with a few other roof-adjacent tasks, such as installing bird spikes and coordinating with HVAC technician to move a roof vent for more optimal solar panel placement.
