Roof was installed with a 5 year labor warranty. After a year the living room ceiling cracked and caved in from a small leak. After calling and talking to the owner James. He told me he could fix the roof but no other damage because I hadn't called sooner. The roof was only 10 months old and showed no signs of any leaks until this incident. After questioning more the owner began being rude and by the end of a less than 10 minute conversation he told me to find someone else to fix my roof that it wasn't his problem. Very unsatisfied and now will be looking at legal action and having someone more qualified and with much better customer service fix my roof.

I had contacted Mr. Reed to come inspect and give an estimate on gutter replacement on my new home. He did not disappoint! He came on schedule, inspected everything professionally, and had his crew out when I was able to have the work performed. Highly recommend! Thank you James at 1st choice contracting! I love the new gutters!

My floor was a disaster until 1st Choice Contracting Inc saved it. The tile was cracked and the subfloor was rotted due to a refrigerator leak. But James put down new hardwood and made it beautiful again. They will always be my first choice.

VThey were very responsive and really listened to our ideas and brought suggestions to the table to make it happen. I would definitely recommend Mr James and his crew!

1st Choice Contracting did a great job on my roof & gutters; definitely recommend. Crew was courteous and efficient and cleaned property better than when they started. Call James (owner) if you are in the market for a new roof.

1st Choice Contracting is the way to go for all home repair needs. The owner, James, is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain the process and what to expect. James also stopped by a couple times during the roof …

We were impressed by the 1st Choice Crew! They came early and finished fast, but best of all we know they did a excellent job and did things the right way! Also, they made sure to clean up everything before they left. Super polite and quick! We are so grateful to have found 1st Choice, who came highly recommended; because we now have peace of mind there will be no problems or leaks, (they also have a 5 year guarantee on their labor). We highly recommend 1st Choice, they are experts and Peace of mind is most important!!
