  Update: At the time, the company was responsive, on time, polite and seemed to know what they were doing. Since 2021 when our roof and patio were installed, we have sprung three major roof leaks that are leading to damage inside and outside of our walls, further damage to the roof itself and potential mold growth. We have tried calling and emailing the company over the last few weeks with no result. They promised a 10-year warrantee. We are in year 5 of this roof, and it seems like garbage. Absolutely terrible. Please don't use this company.

  After they agreed to come to my home and inspect the roof amongst other things, they confirmed a 2pm assessment today. They didn’t call or follow through with anything. They just made a terrible excuse for not coming two and a half hours after the fact. I would not recommend this company. One star rating for sure. I’m assuming they’re still celebrating Christmas. That’s all they needed to say.

  We apologize for the inconvenience. You booked thru Thumbtack which does require us to charge you for the appointment. You inquired about charges and we replied with the amount, but never confirmed you accepted the charge for the inspection, hence no booking was confirmed. Again we apologize and hope you fixed your issues.

  Give them 5 stars because it’s the highest. If there were more I would give 10. They are very professional and fast. I would recommend to all family and friends.

  10/10 recommend this company. Professional, courteous and clean. The project manager came out and provided an estimate that was well under my deductible. They replaced the problem area and my ceiling looks brand new. You can shop around for another estimate, but for the quality of work no one beats the service they provide. I keep the number saved in my phone and you should too. Look no further for your roofing needs, they have you covered.

  SEBASTIAN and his crew did an excellent job. He did everything he said he would do and more. I will recommend him to my family , friends and colleagues. My rooftop, fence and paint job done on my house is excellent. What I like most of all he was there supervising the job. Great job!!!

  180 roofing was the first and only roofing company I will ever use. My roof was finished ahead of schedule, and they cleaned my gutters. Highly recommend

  I highly recommend reaching out to 180 Roofing for your roofing needs. I first contacted them on a Sunday, and Sebastian was on site Monday morning. I received a prompt estimate - very reasonable - and the work was completed by the end of the day. I received photos of the work and helpful follow-up communication after the job was completed. I'll definitely contact them again if the need arises in the future.

  180 Roofing responded quickly to my initial call with an on-site visit and explained the insurance process and available options. The roof installation and clean up was professional and on time. I highly recommend them.

  Sebastian did a fantastic job helping us find the root of our problem. Right from the start he didnt think he would be able to help us, but took the time and patience to find the problem and point us in the direction of a mason and even offered a recommendation. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company.

  I worked with Sebastian with 180 Roofing and Contracting for my roof and he was so helpful, professional and timely. He explained all the options to me and offered suggestions. I love my roof (I changed shingle colors based on his recommendation and it looks fantastic!). They replaced my roof within a week and new exterior paint after finalizing everything & they kept the workspace clean and organized. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.
